George Cacioppo

George Cacioppo has been a catalyst for innovation in the software engineering and technology industries since 1978. While Cacioppo is originally from Suffolk County, New York, and spent nearly 15 years in the Northeast, he now calls the West Coast home. He and his family currently reside in the San Diego, California region. Cacioppo has been a visionary throughout his storied career, promoting innovation, continual development, and — most importantly — results. He has a proven track record of establishing, operating, and innovating in the cloud-based, high-capacity consumer digital commerce, media, and gaming industries. Cacioppo began his career as a software engineer in 1978 in Greenlawn, New York at Hazeltine Industrial Products Division. He produced custom code for a range of different software systems in this capacity. Cacioppo joined Digital Equipment Corporation (USA) in April 1982 as the Engineering Manager after spending four years as a Software Engineer.
