This course is for those who wish to consider or expand spirituality into their lives. We will explore what spirituality is and study examples of spirituality. Specifically, we will look at essential spirituality, a spirituality where the choice is to become spiritual or die, as well as an approach to chosen spirituality, where life is regrounded as a matter of choice. This course will be based on Judeo Christian principles and values, but those with other backgrounds will be encouraged to explore the spirituality those backgrounds offer. The participant should expect to leave the course with more questions than answers but with thoughts for development of their own spiritual path.
