This month's "Georgia Guardsman" magazine brings you yet another edition full of vivid images and compelling stories. The 648th MEB just finished its pre-mobilization training at Camp Atterbury, near Edinburgh, Ind., and other Georgia Guardsmen are training for their upcoming mission in Kosovo. Meanwhile, Georgia has Citizen-Soldiers busy stateside as well, working hard to maintain the Guard's outstanding support to civilian authorities while, at the same time, carrying on with their civilian lives, families, and occupations. This month's magazine also features two history pieces, one on Native American Heritage Month and the other on the History Office's annual conference where the grandson of General George S. Patton was the guest speaker. Whether you're just flipping through to look at images of Guardsmen serving across the globe, or you enjoy reading each individual story, the "Georgia Guardsman" is your one-stop shop for the month's relevant Georgia Guard news!
