RETURN ENGAGEMENT He’s back: Paul McCartney hit the stage Saturday night at Times William Center in Albany after being on the mend for nearly two months due to a virus. This was his first performance since his May 1 show in Costa Rica before he got sick. The 72-year-old performed a threehour set of 38 songs where he invited a couple from the audience who caught his attention on stage. The woman’s sign read, “He Won’t Marry Me ‘Til He Meets You” and his said, “I Have the Ring & I’m 64.” After joining in on a verse of “When I’m 64,” the man knelt down and proposed to the woman. Shepherd struggles The problems are piling on for former “The View” co-host Sherri Shepherd. Shortly after her husband, Lamar Sally, filed for divorce in May, she was fired from “The View,” along with Jenny McCarthy. The couple is expecting a child this month via surrogate, but TMZ says Shepherd doesn’t want any part of it because she believes Sally wanted to have a baby just to divorce her and get her to pay child support. The site is saying the child will be Sally’s biological child, but not Shepherd’s. Now she is selling the house she purchased in 2012 for $1.725 million, according to TMZ.

Solange Knowles is saying nearly nothing about the May elevator fight in New York City with her brother-in-law in her interview with “Lucky” magazine. “What’s important is that my family and I are all good,” she told the magazine. “What we had to say collectively was in the statement that we put out, and we all feel at peace with that.” Beyonce’s sister, 28, appeared to be kicking and screaming at her sister’s husband, Jay-Z, in the elevator video at the Standard Hotel.
