– Scandinavian Christmas Punch We are aware of the fact that Christmas besides being fun, is a very busy time. On that background, we have asked TV-Chef Louisa Lorang to help us with a tasty and quick recipe of Glögg. It is fresh and you can serve it with or without alcohol. 1 l Carnberry juice
Put cranberry juice, orange juice and honey in a pot
1 dl juice of one orange
and bring it to the boil. Take the pot of the heat and
100 g Danish honey
add vodka. Put almonds and cranberry in 6 glasses
2 dl vodka (can be left out)
and pure over the glögg. Serve immediately.
100 g blanched almonds 100 g cranberry
