Water Management Concept Plan Tri-Patch was a project that reflected on the conservation of significant landscape areas by developing around the Landscape and not through it, thus protecting it from future developments that could weaken the Iconic value and Ecological health New Zealand significant have, moreover, this project covers the social needs and economic issues that residential and commercial are requiring for the future, This project is a concept plan for the Storm water management system that is suggested would take place as a solutin for the Residential and commercial water Run-off in heavy or moderate storms, it uses design aesthetics and ecological restoration system through succesive planting, in which will be used for toxic chemical uptake in Phytoremediation. Planting will consist on coprosmas, mahoe, cabbage trees and carex grasses eventually also bringing food for native birds conserving and increasing the ecological health and also filtering the heavy metals by roads and other contaminents.
