PRIVILEGE

[FACIAL CARE]

Privilege was the very first brand I could create from the start as a freelancer designer. From the logo design, choosing the products containers, bringing together a product catalogue onto the actual production of the product.

Privilege is a new facial cosmetics brand that offers high quality products. The objective for the corporate image was to refflect simplicity and elegancy.

HEROES MX

[FITNESS COMPETITION] In my experience, organizing a national fitness competition lead me to learn numerous things such as customer care, managing large amounts of people, precise scheduling, and team work. But one of the most challenging things was the branding. I decided to explore powerful images with bright colors and impressive contrasts. Aspects needed to engage people into taking risks and be motivated to train for it. Professional photos had to be taken from early editions in order to achieve an identity. Here I present some of the material used at the third edition.

SOCIAL MEDIA

[FACEBOOK]

Social Media has become an essential tool of comunication and advertising. People are spending more and more time online everyday throught their smartphones. For me, it is important to communicate ideas in a simple and surprising way to better capture the attention of people. My objective has always been to engage people first and then tell more about it. Here I present some of my work for different enterprises such as CrossFit Version, Heroes MX competition and some designs I did for Cuartel Creativo

CROSSFIT VERSION

STATIONERY DESIGN [BUSSINESS CARD]

Stationary design, including business cards, is always the most requested when a new company is rising. Many times the client does not have a defined style in their brands and this type of work tends to define many things. Working at ‘Cuartel Creativo’ gave me many opportunities to work with different clients through different necessities.

INFOGRAPHY

[CROSSFIT IN MEXICO]

An infography is an excellent way to present data of any matter. It makes understanding easy and more interesting. The main objective of this one, was to inform mexican CrossFit community the growth of the sport in the last years. It was very important to implement the identity of the sport achieved with vivid colors and symbols reflecting what CrossFit means to people. This was a voluntary study I made due to the lack of information in the matter.

DESIGN

GYM DESIGN

[MEXICO CITY]

Being related to a CrossFit environment, there have been several interior designs projects for achieving functional spaces for working out. Rendering has become an important tool to engage clients and give to them a better idea of how their projects could be. Three of the four projects were built because they liked the amount of detail the projects had, such as bars, racks, vynils, and most of the gear they were going to use. The projects that I had designed include: CrossFit Elite 2013 CrossFit Raramuri 2013 CrossFit Zona Cero 2014 CrossFit Version 2016

CRAYOLA PAVILION

[ART PAVILION]

This project was obtained as a freelance design. The objective was to create a public space where Crayola products could be used in different and creative ways. Bringing urban artists and containers into the picture started to construct the main idea. Vivid colors were used to mantain Crayola identity and to attract people to participate at the courses.

CRAYOLA PAVILION

[ART PAVILION]

The containers were an excelent option because the space was required to be movable to other areas or parks around Mexico City. Also, different layout configurations with the containers coud be achived at any space.

CUARTEL CREATIVO

[CREATIVE AGENCY]

Being part of the team of ‘Cuartel Creativo’ lead me to work into publicity and graphic design, but also applying rendering skills and architectural respresentation. Other areas explored were bussiness cards design, corporative presentation and branding advise.

FLORISTS SCHOOL [INTERIOR DESIGN]

Academia NiktĂŠ is an established florists school within Mexico City. They were changing their headquarters to another location and they wanted to refresh their spaces with a new design. The main objective was to come up with an elegant creative environment, so the school could continue growing in prestige among the other schools. Contrasts between blacks, whites and wood were used to achieve that goal.
