VODNI ~the vacant site in brno city centre is well connected with the city infrastructure and important monuments and buildings. these factors and the community that uses these places leads to the temporary type of housing~
parking related to the calmer vodni street for better traffic entry. stairways to communicate with both streets
north block holds the street line
inside yard protected from traffic
south perforred barrier lets the sun in and holds the block
southern mass with roof terrace
ground floor separated to the restaurant and supply complex for the hotel and restaurant
