2018 ORGANISING COMMITTEE APPLICATION
The AIESEC Stakeholders’ Dinner is annual event held with the aim of celebrating the year’s achievements, appreciating the National Partners, with an awards ceremony to the outstanding Stakeholders as well as Celebrating and launching new partnerships. Corporate companies, government officials, AIESEC partners, AIESEC alumni, members and interns, model entrepreneurs and business people will be in attendance.
The application is divided into 3 parts: Personal Information, General Questionnaire and Specific Questions. Ensure you answer all 3. Taking up an Organizing Committee role is quite a challenging but yet learning and worthwhile experience. Keep this at the back of your mind as you consider applying to be part of the team organizing this. Go forth in sheer valiance!

Organizing Committee President 1. What do the Team Standards mean to you? How do you plan on delivering them for the entire duration of the event organization? 2. What’s the significance of the Stakeholder’s Dinner to AIESEC in Uganda? Cover up to 5 Dimensions.

Finance 1. How do you plan on ensuring financial sustainability for the event? 2. Create an overdraft budget for the dinner assuming that there are 150 participants, with attendance fees of 50,000 ugshs for members, 150,000 for alumni, with a profit of 3,000,000 ugshs 3. Explain the different key synergies you see the VP Finance role having with the rest of the team?
External Relations 1. What unique selling points does the Stakeholder’s Dinner 2018 have to offer to the different stakeholders? 2. What kind of market segments will you define for fundraising and what is your strategy for each? 3. What kind of partnerships would you propose for the dinner and how will you ensure they are maintained after the dinner?
Sites and Logistics 1. Please create a calendar of milestones of the dinner’s logistics starting from February till June 2018?
2. Suggest 3 ways of cost cutting while getting logistics and how you are going to implement them? 3. Conduct a market research of the different logistical partners that you’d love to get onboard. Ranging from venues to food and beverage partners.
Marketing 1. Draw a sample marketing plan for the dinner 2. Please explain what channels of marketing and communication you plan on using for the event. Also explain your choice of channel. 3. Share a YouTube playlist with 5 of your favorite songs. Be a s creative as you can be.
Alumni Relations 1. Mention 5 key factors that will impact the experience of attending alumni at the dinner. How will you ensure that they have the best experience? 2. Mention 3 initiatives that we can do to facilitate accessing all AIESEC in UGANDA alumni and ensure they attend the Dinner. 3. What challenges do you foresee yourself facing as VP Alumni Relations? How will you overcome them?
