how’s the market? The market has started off in 2019 very well, as our team is up 40% in units sold year-to-date compared to last year. I believe there are a few reasons for this. The weather at times has been mild and pleasant to be outside during the winter, so people have been more active than usual. We have seen our days on market decrease this year, but that may change with more inventory coming to the market. Interest rates have slowly crept back down in the mid to high 4’s over the last 4 months, and the Fed did not increase its rate at the last meeting, so that was very positive news for us. Overall, I am excited for another strong year in real estate. We would love the opportunity to earn your business and to review your situation to see if now is the best time to buy or sell for your particular situation.

The Shrestha FAMILY At the beginning of November, Kevin Shrestha reached out to us. His family and he needed their Highland Park condo sold, and they needed it sold quickly.
