how’s the market? School has begun again and Labor Day weekend has passed. I predict mid-September to see an influx in homes on the market compared to the end of August and the beginning of September. We are seeing homes stay on the market longer as more buyers are holding out for the perfect home. The 1st day on the market contracts look to be slowly disappearing. Our phones are still ringing with many buyers ready for the “right house”, while most are not in any hurry. I expect to see more homes staying on the market for longer.

rave Reviews Check out what my happy customers have to say about their experience! “Scott was great!! I couldn’t have asked for a better agent during the first-time buying process. He found me exactly what I wanted and was always available when I needed him. Best agent in Birmingham.”
“Scott was wonderful when I was looking into buying a property! He was patient (especially when explaining the process of purchasing), highly knowledgeable about the city and different neighborhoods, and more than just accommodating in terms of scheduling viewings (even on a holiday weekend)! He was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text, day or night! Going through my first home-buying process, I am grateful for his guidance. If you’re with Scott, you will have a fun time despite the stress from buying a property!”
“I was so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Scott! He quickly responded to my inquiry and that continued through to our communications as a team. He was the perfect amount of professional and relaxed. He was genuinely concerned about my needs and wants in a home. He was super patient with my wife and I as we searched for our first house. He made it feel like I was his one and only client every time I talked to him. Scott worked hard for me and gave me all the information I needed to make smart decisions. He’s a very down to earth guy and he will be the only realtor I go to when it’s time for me to sell my house! You certainly won’t be displeased with the service this man can and will provide to you.”

featured success story
CHARLES’ FIRST HOME
I helped a young man at the ripe, old age of 26 purchase his first home. Charles has
been driving a truck for the last 5 years while saving and preparing for the purchase of his very own home. We looked in Bessemer and Hueytown, and we almost made an offer on a Hueytown property. Eventually we found a great 60’s red brick in Huffman. After negotiating the price down a little and saving him some money, we had a contract. The rest is history. It was a nice smooth process from beginning to end!
