‘Tis the season to be merry!… and what better way to do that than with a few festive cocktails. Impress your friends this summer with one of these delicious crowd pleasers.
Kim Crawford Frosé
Serves 5
Ingredients
1 bottle Kim Crawford Rosé Lemon twist to garnish
Directions:
2 days before serving pour wine into a 9” x 13” pan or several ice cube trays and freeze, stirring occasionally if in a pan. When frozen solid, using a hand blender or food processor, blend frozen wine until smooth. Serve directly or freeze again for up to 1 week, covered. Garnish with lemon twist.
Tips
Freeze 2 or 3 bottles at a time for your next hot summer party Try with any other Kim Crawford wines Don’t have a pan? Freeze the wine in a large thick re-sealable bag.

Ingredients
90ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur 150ml Noilly Prat Original Dry 60ml Bombay Sapphire 30ml Lime Juice 100ml Prosecco 100ml Soda Water Method:
Add all ingredients to cocktail pitcher and fill with ice. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Method
Place a block of ice into a large punch bowl, or fill with cubed ice
Pour your ingredients, starting with Bombay Sapphire, into the punch bowl and add your garnishes of fresh lime, mint and ginger – allowing the flavours to infuse Stir the ingredients and, using a ladle, pour the cocktail into individual glasses filled with ice.
