Claus Frank Partner
Monika Martynkiewicz-Frank Partner
Following studies in Business Administration, Claus added further studies in the field of ‘Law in Construction Operation’. Beyond this, he worked for many years for a world-wide operating construction company, amongst others, in Ukraine, Albania, and The Republic of Yemen. Having successfully worked as a Managing Director, for two well renowned construction companies, Claus decided to go into business on his own in 2007, by doing this he became one of the partners in getsix ®. Inside getsix ® Group he is responsible for business development and IT infrastructure.
As a partner in getsix ® Group, Monika belongs to the designated specialists in the finance sector. Within her function in the board of directors of getsix ®, Monika takes on the responsibility for the commercial advisory, supported by excellent command of strong skilled expertise in negotiations. A graduate industrial engineer passing exams in several professions, including technical, administration, chemistry, and also in accounting and controlling. Being a licensed accountant, fluent in three languages, Monika remains a much valued interlocutor to this day.
Po ukończeniu studiów ekonomicznych odbył studia podyplomowe na kierunku “Prawo w przedsiębiorstwie budowlanym”. Następnie przez wiele lat pełnił funkcje kierownicze w międzynarodowym koncernie budowalanym m.in. na Ukrainie, w Albanii i Jemenie. Po odejściu ze stanowiska Dyrektora Zarządzającego w dwóch niemieckich, renomowanych koncernach budowlanych, zdecydował się na prowadzenie samodzielnej działalności i tak w roku 2007 dołączył do getsix ® jako Partner. Wewnątrz Grupy getsix ® jest odpowiedzialny za rozwój firmy oraz infrastruktury IT.
Jako Partner w Grupie getsix® jest uznaną specjalistką w sektorze finansów, posiadającą doświadczenie w zakresie doradztwa biznesowego i procesów operacyjnych związnych z obszarem księgowości i rozliczeń kadrowo-płacowych. Stale doskonali doświadczenie negocjacyjne oraz służy doradztwem biznesowym naszym Klientom. Ukończyła studia magisterskie w zakresie Zarządzania i Inżynierii Przemysłu - ze specjalizacją Przemysł Chemiczny, a także zdobyła uprawnienia do usługowego prowadzenia ksiąg rachunkowych. Jako samodzielna księgowa ze znajomością trzech języków obcych jest wysoko cenionym partnerem biznesowym.
Nach dem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studium absolvierte er ein Aufbaustudium im Bereich „Recht im Baubetrieb“. Darüber hinaus war er lange Jahre für einen weltweit agierenden Baukonzern in leitender Funktion tätig, u.a. in der Ukraine, Albanien und im Jemen. Nach der Tätigkeit als Geschäftsführer von polnischen Tochterunternehmen für zwei deutsche namenhafte Baukonzerne, entschied er sich 2007 für die Selbstständigkeit und wurde Partner bei getsix ®. Innerhalb der getsix ® -Gruppe ist er für die Bereiche IT und Business Development verantwortlich.
Als Partner in der getsix®-Gruppe gehört Sie zu den ausgewiesenen Spezialisten im Sektor Finanzen. In ihrer Vorstandstätigkeit zeichnet sie sich verantwortlich für die kaufmännische Beratung unserer Mandanten und für die operativen Prozesse im Bereich Buchhaltung, Personalabrechnung und Bilanzierung. Die Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieurin schloss gleich in mehreren Fächern ab: neben der Ingenieurwissenschaft und Verwaltung in der Chemiewirtschaft auch in Buchhaltung, Controlling und Rechnungswesen. Als zugelassene Bilanzbuchhalterin und dreisprachig ist sie eine sehr geschätzte Ansprechpartnerin.

Roy Heynlein Partner
Ortwin-Uwe Jentsch Partner
After studying at the University of Economics in Berlin, Roy worked for several years for large construction companies overseas, most notably in Eastern Europe. For more than ten years acted within managerial positions, on the boards of German affiliated companies within Poland. In 2003, as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) lead-managed the setting up of a Polish subsidiary company, for a well-known German electronics company. In January 2010, Roy took on the new challenge as a partner in getsix ®, the renowned provider of state of art accounting and payroll services in Poland.
For more than a quarter of a century Ortwin serviced in managerial positions, which were mostly entrepreneurial oriented, with private and corporate clientele. These were within international operating financial institutions (Deutsche Bank SA, DZ Bank Polska SA, KBL Luxembourg and their branches in Poland). Since 1998, his centre of living and focus of activities have been in Poland. Alongside his German mother tongue, Ortwin masters to the utmost perfection Polish, English and French languages. Ortwin possesses a diploma in Finance and Corporate Management from the Banking Academy in Frankfurt/Main. In June 2012, Ortwin took on the new challenge, as a partner in getsix®.
Po studiach na Wyższej Szkole Ekonomii w Berlinie przez wiele lat pracował dla dużych koncernów budowlanych za granicą, zwłaszcza w Europie Wschodniej. Przez ponad 10 lat obejmował stanowiska w zarządzie niemieckich koncernów na terenie Polski, a od 2003 roku nadzorował rozwój polskiej spółkicórki znanego niemieckiego koncernu z branży elektronicznej, jako Członek Zarządu ds. Finansowych. Od stycznia 2010 jest Partnerem w getsix ®.
Przez ponad ćwierćwiecze opiekował się na stanowiskach kierowniczych zarówno dużymi klientami biznesowymi jak i prywatnymi przedsiębiorcami w międzynarodowych instytucjach finansowych (Deutsche Bank, DZ Bank Polska S.A., KBL Luxembourg). Od roku 1998 zarówno pracuje jak i mieszka w Polsce. Obok rodzimego języka niemieckiego, zna biegle polski, angielski i francuski. Jest posiadaczem dyplomu Wydziału Finansów i Zarządzania Akademii Bankowej we Frankfurcie nad Menem. W czerwcu 2012 roku dołączył do getsix ® jako Partner.
Nach dem Studium an der Hochschule für Ökonomie in Berlin war Herr Roy Heynlein mehrere Jahre für große Baukonzerne im Ausland, vor allem in Osteuropa tätig. Mehr als 10 Jahre arbeitete er in Geschäftsführerfunktionen im Management deutscher Konzernunternehmen in Polen und leitete ab 2003 als CFO den Aufbau des polnischen Tochterunternehmens eines bekannten deutschen Elektronik-Konzerns. Seit Januar 2010 ist Herr Heynlein Partner bei getsix ®.
Über mehr als ein Vierteljahrhundert betreute Herr Ortwin-Uwe Jentsch in leitenden Stellungen unternehmerisch orientierte Privat- und Firmenkundschaft in international aufgestellten Finanzinstitutionen (Deutsche Bank, DZ Bank Polska S.A., KBL Luxembourg). Sein Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt und Lebensmittelpunkt ist dabei seit 1998 Polen. Neben seiner deutschen Muttersprache kommuniziert er fließend in Polnisch, Englisch und Französisch. Er besitzt das Diplom für Finanzen und Unternehmensmanagement der Bankakademie in Frankfurt am Main. Seit Juni 2012 ist Herr Ortwin-Uwe Jentsch Partner bei getsix®.
