Swim one mile in a day and receive a t-shirt! Complete a mile a second time with a faster time and receive a mystery prize. No kickboards, fins, parachutes, or motors allowed- just you, your goggles and the water! Please check in and record your times with Jane at the pool.

Electric Run 31 May, 7:30pm

Dress up in glow items and come out for a 5k fun run. Starting point is the 5k trail across from the Fitness Center. Fun prizes will be given!

Family Child Care providers offer in-home care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 in either privatized base housing or off-base homes. The FCC program is an alternative to center-based care for families that need full-time, part-time, hourly care, swings, mid-shifts, evening care, weekend care, care for children with special needs, infants & school-age children, as well as care when attending reserve duty.

Ideas include, but are not limited to, a paintball competition, fun run, golf or bowling tournament, squadron picnic, or an adventure with Outdoor Recreation! Units are authorized $17.50/person for event expenses and $5/person for food and beverage costs. Funds CAN’T be used for holiday parties, alcohol, or prizes and CAN’T be combined with unit enhancement funds or SM&W funds. Excess funds will be returned to AFSVA mid-Sep 2019.
