Barbecued Shrimp Skewers Ingredients: 36 GFS Peeled & Deveined Tail-On Shrimp 36 Jalape単o Peppers, seeded, ribbed, cut into 4 strips each 2 lbs. Bacon 12 Bamboo skewers, soaked in water 1 cup GFS Barbecue Sauce Green onion, thinly sliced as needed Directions: Rinse all fresh produce under cool running water, drain well. Slice each cleaned shrimp and insert a strip of jalapeno pepper. Wrap each shrimp with a strip of bacon. Thread onto skewers, three per skewer. Baste with barbecue sauce. Grill, turning and basting with additional barbecue sauce as needed.
