Business Challenge

 The Bank redesigned most of the branch processes, while replacing the technical branch platform. Therefore GFT developed a new commercial agenda  Main target was to maintain the structure and functionalities of the outlook tool, covering the main workflow  Given that it was necessary to control the client or product information, and that the “Standard outlook appointment” contained too few information a "commercial outlook appointment" was created

Outcome / Benefits

 The commercial agenda manages appointments, tasks, calendar and it also integrates in the outlook toolbar the specific Bank’s functionality as customer data and commercial product catalogue  The commercial agenda is synchronized with the host databases that uses this information to be analyzed, and also gives a customer overview
