Big Cottonwood Canyon
This is a very niche market. The offerings available that are “direct” ski-in/ski-out are extremely limited. To the point where only a couple have sold in the last year or so. Most of the properties near these two ski resorts are a short drive or shuttle (some people will use UTVs or 4-Wheelers to bypass parking and get dropped off slopeside) or a long-ish walk. Solitude has some condo properties, and both Brighton and Solitude real estate offerings consist mostly of cabin-style mountain properties.
Big Cottonwood Canyon is one of the most spectacular places in the Mountain West, usually enjoying the deepest snow totals in Utah, and 4 season recreation opportunities.




Ski-in is possible, then a 3 minute walk to access the slopes. Only 2 bedrooms but a very accessible price point.
No direct ski- access, 3 bedroom property near Solitude

5. Settlement/Closing
Coordinate with the title company (I have preferred providers) who ensure the title is clear on the property, and organize closing documents and receive funds for the purchase. The title company handles all aspect of closing, remotely or in person, finally recording the deed with the county and completing the transfer of ownership.
