This home was sold off market using Dana & Jeff’s network of Advisors. By doing this, Dana was able to negotiate and sell the home for an additional $2,000,000, or 25% more, than she had sold the house to Seller’s just six short months earlier.

20724 N 112th St - $15,500,000

Dana secured this home for her buyer via her relationship with the Listing agent – a relationship that put her in a position to be able to show her buyers the property a day before the home officially came on the market and fully execute an offer immediately. The next morning, once the listing was official, the Seller’s agent received another offer for over $1,000,000 over her Buyer’s accepted contract price. Her persistence and follow through saved her clients a significant amount of money and ensured they were able to purchase the property.

Where it all started, over 40 years ago.

Engel & Völkers’ was founded in 1977. We began as a specialty boutique agency providing high-end real estate services to wealthy European investors in search of assistance from experts who were highly professional and discreet. In 1990, we opened our first international shop in Majorca, Spain. It marked the beginning of our worldwide expansion throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas. Today, there are more than 14,500 real estate professionals in over 34 countries spanning five continents. Our team of professional photographers will take daytime, twilight, and evening photography in order to capture your home in its best form.
