Pre-MLS Launch Preparation Professional Photography: We create stunning, high-quality photographs to capture the unique features of your home, its architectural details, and the feel of the space. Professional Videography: We will produce a showcase video to enhance our digital marketing efforts further. The video focuses on the lifestyle your home represents to its future owner and highlights the panoramic view of the Jordanelle, the interior layout, and the surrounding area. Potential Staging: This can involve simply re-decorating and arranging furniture or bringing decor to enhance the home's appeal. It can also include decluttering, rearranging, or bringing in new items to make the space more inviting and appealing to potential buyers. To be discussed. Preparing Marketing Materials: We will prepare all necessary marketing materials needed for the launch on the MLS, including high-quality brochures, direct mail campaign pieces, and targeted advertisement drafts. Planning of Top Broker Open House: The purpose of this event is to get all top local brokers into the home upon launch to ensure everyone knows about this opportunity and has the chance to learn everything necessary about your specific home. It will also help create a strong momentum and get everyone excited to share it with their clients. We will also market the open house to clients and potential buyers in town and prepare signage on the ski access for potential buyers to ski into the home. Personalized Services and Communication: Within our CRM system, we will set a listing-specific entry for your home, where we track all buyer activity, showing feedback, marketing activity, and connections related to your home.
Pre-Launch Marketing Two weeks before going live on the MLS, we will leverage our personal relationships with all top brokers in Park City, top brokers out of state, and our exclusive networks to ensure we cover all buyer categories, including the ones who prefer to buy only off-market properties that are not known to the general public. The goal is to create a sense of urgency for interested buyers by setting a hard deadline before the home is listed online. Putting up a limited time can create a sense of urgency because they know it will soon be on the MLS.

Meet Michael Kermizis Michael has been living in the Park City area since 1989, selling real estate since 1992. After moving here to ski from Bath, Ohio where he attended the University of Akron and graduated with an MBA and Graphic Design degrees. Michael fell in love with everything about the Park City area. In the summer months, Michael is an avid water-skier and can often be found skiing behind his boat on the Jordanelle Reservoir or in southern Utah on Lake Powell. He also enjoys hiking, camping and walking his dog. In the winter, Michael can be found snow shoeing, or on the mountain where he has been snow skiing since he was 5 years old. Since 1995, Michael has designed 42 homes that are built around the Park City and surrounding areas. Many of the homes were designed and sold as spec homes but some were custom designs for his real estate clients.
