Public building design Group work/ Student's work Author's team:Jelica Vukasinovic, Marija Jovanovic, Dragoslava Antic, Katarina Drezga 2010

DESIGN CONCEPT At first view objects give us a picture of hard tough contours without accentuated dynamics. However appearance, materialization an balanced aesthetics. Dynamics of the is achieved by using shapes of different dimensions and colors, which reminds of structure of lego blocks. This movement which interrupts horizontal area of glass surface relieves colors for the observer's eye and creates a panorama of contrasts, that is the place where the way of experiencing the building is unexpectedly changed. surface is the place of contrast between solid and hollow. on the ground level smoothly touches the ground becoming the unique surface with the ground in balanced symbiosis. Furthermore, the architecture of the building has been transmitted to the urban planning design with its broken lines. The most dominant detail in the urban design is main pedestrian street which stream-lines the movement of the pedestrian with its directions. The orientation of the corridors and galleries, flat organization system have been influenced by the climate characteristics and the sides of the world. Architecture of the overall complex catches the eye of the observer and attracts his attention on very simple way.
