A planning application was submitted to Ceredigion County Council for the construction of two Class A1 retail stores, eight apartments, 555 space town centre car park and ancillary works at Mill Street car park, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion. The development will include the demolition of existing structures within the development area. Archaeological building survey to Level 4 standard was to be carried out to comply with the planning condition.
