LOGEMENTS / BUREAUX Rue du Chevaleret, 75013 Semestre 5 - Janvier 2015
Le projet est situé au croisement de la rue du Chevaleret et la rue Tolbiac. La rue du Chevaleret souffre de son isolement à cause des voies ferrées qui la bordent et de son encaissement à cause de la dénivellation naturelle du sol. Cet isolement est amené à s’estomper complètement grâce au développement de la ZAC Paris Rive Gauche, qui, à terme, recouvrira les rails. L’importante Rue de Tolbiac la traverser par un viaduc. -Plateforme de bureaux (accès niveau bas) -Trois plots de logements totalisant 35 appartements. -Patio urbain et façades orientées pour maximiser l’apport de soleil.
The project is located in Rue du Chevaleret in the 13th district of Paris, a changing neighborhood that hosts the biggest urban operation since Haussmanian times. It is called ZAC Paris Rive Gauche. That new neighborhood is built on top of the railroads to create a continuity with the city. The project consists of 35 apartments in three seperate buildings with a common plaza and two office floors that are accessible from the lower street. These offices have an interior green courtyard that offers a beautiful space to stay in and breaks the rigidity of the haussmanian buildings of the street.

KIOSQUE COMMERCIAL Park, Chicago CONCEPTJackson / INSPIRATION
Semestre 7 - Septembre 2015
I DEALLY LOCATED IN OSAKA GARDEN, THIS PROJECT IS INSPIRED ITS SITE. Situé à BYOsaka Garden, un jardin japonais THEdu BLOOMING KIOSQUEàIS Washington, A METAPHOR OF Parc Jackson le A projet LOTUS FLOWER, WHICH IS SACRED IN THE BUDDHIST décline la gastronomie japonaise dans un CULTURE. kiosque conçu pour être en immersion ADAPTABLE, CONVERTIBLE AND PEACEFUL, IT OPENS dans la nature. UP TO BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, THUS MAKING A PERFECT SETTING FOR A JAPANESE RESTAURANT. Les fleurs de lotus ont été une inspiration pour le mécanisme du kiosque dont les panneaux amovibles s’élèvent le jour telle l’éclosion de la fleur et se referment la nuit à l’image du lotus. En ce qui concerne les panneaux triangulaires, ils sont fixes et constituent le support structurel habillé par un dispositif de mur végétal.
The blooming kiosk is a metaphor of a lotus flower, which is sacred in the buddhist culture. Adaptable, convertible and peaceful, it opens up to beautiful views, making a perfect setting for a japanese restaurant. It’s a metallic structure composed of a central column and 8 lateral columns that are caged in triangular shaped elements and hidden by an integrated green wall system. The kiosk deploys and closes the way the lotus flower blossoms and close with each sunrise and sunset. The movable elements are sandwich panels attached to the hydraulic cylinders that enable the movement. The roof is made out of polycarbonate membrane to let natural light come in. 10

AUX PUCES DE SAINT-OUEN
LOGEMENTS ET PUCES Marché aux puces Saint-Ouen Semestre 6 - Mai 2015
Le projet se situe au coeur des puces de Saint Ouen, le plus grand marché aux puces de la ville, il s’étend sur 8 hectares. Le programme comprend 1500m² d’espaces puciers, 60 logements collectifs et intermédiaires ainsi qu’un espace public paysager qui fait la jonction des marchés Paul Bert et Jules Vallès. La morphologie du site est issue de l’ancien parcellaire agricole. On note une mixité du secteur résidentiel et de l’activité pucière.
The site is located, in North Paris Region, in a cultural and historical neighborhood since it hosts one of the biggest flea market of the city. The programs include 1500 m2 Flea shops, 60 collective housing and intermediate housing, and a public space that connects the markets. Concerning my design, I made the collective dwellings that face the street and a line of intermediate housing. The main structure is made out of concrete and the exterior facade is composed of bricks and wood cladding.

BIBLIOTHEQUE PRESIDENTIELLE D’OBAMA
MUSEE ET ARCHIVES Washington Park, Chicago Semestre 7 - Janvier 2016
La bibliothèque présidentielle d’Obama est une commande publique où sont conservées les archives du président et où sont mis en scène sa vie et ses accomplissements. Elle sera érigée dans le South Side, le quartier noir où Obama a oeuvré comme travailleur social dans les années 1980. Le site que j’ai choisi est le Washington Park, un grand parc public situé près de l’université de Chicago. Le projet de la bibliothèque redynamisera le secteur et apportera un développement conséquent à ce quartier défavorisé.
The Barack Obama Presidential Library and museum is situated on Chicago’s South Side in the Washington Park neighborhood. By creating this building within this site, it is the opportunity to enhance the regrowth of the area, and it is a tribute to Obama’s connection to this neighborhood. Indeed, before his presidency Obama worked at various times as a community organizer, lawyer, professor of constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School, and his home is just on the other side of the park. Concerning the project, it is designed to be the first urban presidential library. Indeed, it is easily accessible thanks to the diagonale which connects the city to the park by creating a public plaza.

SANTA FE ART CENTER
CENTRE D’ART MODERNE Santa Fe Art District, Denver Semestre 8 - Mai 2016
Le centre d’art moderne de Denver est situé dans le quartier de Santa Fe, un quartier mythique d’arts de Denver. Il se situe vers la fin/début du parcours de célébration de la journée de l’art (le premier vendredi de chaque mois), faisant du site un emplacement-clé dans la scénographie festive. Le parti pris a été de travailler l’ambiance intérieure par un jeu de lumière diffuse passant par des panneaux en polycarbonate, mis en scène dans l’entrée du centre par un mur rideau toute hauteur, et au dernier étage par une dalle alvéolaire faisant office de toiture.
Denver’s art district on Santa Fe is a unique, nationally known art and cultural district with over 60 galleries, restaurants and shops located a few short blocks from downtown denver Colorado.
The site is located at the beginning/end of the art walk along Santa Fe Drive which make it a great landmark to visit. The building doesn’t simply house art but its foundation is a display of art from the neighborhood. The entrance is highlighted by a full height polycarbonate screen. When elevating, we gain access gradually to specific views toward the mountains first then to downtown Denver.
26 The material pallet of the facade is inspired by its context. The corten refers to the Rocky Mountains, the metallic cladding reminds us the city and the screen disposal is openning up to the sky through its beauriful skylight.
