An Architectural Design Student Project
DESIGN CONCEPT: "Reflect, look thyself, self-asses and acceptance"
Most people are positive are because they aren’t careful and the reason why is they are not aware that these predicaments may happen to them. In order to know early if you’re HIV positive, one must assess him/her self if they might have contracted the disease for the virus to halt on spreading and avoid their disease on progressing to AIDS.
For those who have been positive, they must look at themselves, forgive and accept. Being labeled positive doesn’t makes you less of a person. The project aims to aid in the recovery of people through architecture.
The hospital’s goal is to introduce new methods in treating and preventing HIV. The facility wants to educate people who are at high-risk for them to take precautions. PrEP (Pre- Exposure Prophylaxis) which blocks replication of HIV. It is a revolutionary pill and should be easily available.
