Minister Isola Meets with Bermuda's Deputy Premier and Minister of Finance On Wednesday 10th June the Minister for Financial Services and Gaming, the Hon Albert Isola MP, met with Bermuda's Deputy Premier and Minister of Finance, the Hon E.T. (Bob) Richards. The meeting took place at the Ministry of Finance located within the Government Administration Building in Hamilton, Bermuda. Minister Isola and the Deputy Premier discussed matters of mutual interest to both territories, including aspects of financial services and gaming as well as the general economic situation in both countries. Minister Isola stressed that Gibraltar was once again attending the Bermuda Captive Conference, focusing on Gibraltar as a gateway to the EU single market for Bermuda-based businesses. Both Ministers also took time to review matters relating to international cooperation following on from recent meetings in London. The Finance Centre Director for Gibraltar, James Tipping, and Bermuda's Financial Secretary, Anthony Manders, were also present.
