Referrals are handled with white-glove care to ensure clients receive the level and consistency of service they expect from the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.

Referral Process Flow Broker to Broker 1. Establish a Connection Aimee can provide a recommendation and make an introduction when needed. We then encourage you to connect with the agent to make a warm hand off to your client.

2. Electronic Paperwork We will input the referral into our electronic system, eRelocation. For this, the client information is required, and any additional details are welcomed, i.e. property address, budget, etc.

3. Stay Engaged For an incoming referral, we are expected to provide updates to the receiving agent monthly in addition to informing each time a milestone is reached. For an outgoing referral, we expect the same level of communication from our affiliates and will circulate updates we receive to you monthly or each time a milestone step is noted. These steps are in place to ensure residual business. The more connected we remain with our affiliates, the more we will be considered for future opportunities and vice versa.
