Method
1. Combine all ingredients except for the Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut into a shaker with ice. Shake.
2. In a flute pour in 1 oz of Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut. Slowly pour the mixture from the shaker through a strainer into the flute (very slowly or it will bubble/fizz over). Once the bubbles settle, pour in the remainder and top with more Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut until it reaches the top of the glass.

300ml Pineapple Juice
1 pink Grapefruit (thinly sliced)

Method
1. Steep grapefruit slices, sugar, raspberries and pineapple juice together overnight in the fridge.
2. The following day transfer to a punch bowl, add mint leaves and lemon juice, stir. Add 10 huge ice cubes or 30 normal sized ones before pouring in 2 bottles of Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut. Ladle into cups to serve, garnish and enjoy!

1. Cut watermelon into 3cm cubes and soak in lemon husk syrup for 1 hour. Remove and freeze until required.
2. Once frozen add to a large wine glass and gently pour over 150ml Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut.

Add 4 half lemon husks to 250g water, 250g of sugar and ½ tsp salt. Bring to a gentle simmer and immediately remove from heat. Let cool while covered for 2 hours then strain into a bottle for use. Shelf life of 2 weeks.

1. Soak Green Tea bags in cold water for 30 seconds & remove.
2. Bring 250ml water to a boil & add 2 Green Tea bags. Leave to simmer for 3-5mins, then remove teabags from heat.
3. Add 500g sugar & 5 raspberries (crushed) to the boiled water. Mix till thoroughly dissolved.
4. Once cooled, strain off raspberries and teabags and pour into wine glass.

- 200ml Giesen 0%
Pinot Grigio
- Apple - Orange
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 20ml Sugar syrup
- Ground cinnamon - Soda water
1. Cut the apple into small cubes. Peel orange and cut into small cubes too.
2. Add half a handful of apples & half a handful of oranges to your glass.
3. Pour 20ml of sugar syrup then sprinkle a small amount of ground cinnamon onto the apples & oranges. Stir together.
4. Fill the glass with ice. Add 200ml of Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio.
5. Use a lighter to heat up the cinnamon stick so the aromas are exposed, then use this stick to stir the fruit & wine together.
6. Top with soda water and ENJOY!

20ml Passionfruit Syrup

Passionfruit Syrup Recipe
250g tin of Passionfruit Pulp
100g Sugar
100g Water
Whisk all ingredients together in a small pot and gently bring to the boil. Remove immediately and let cool. Strain through a fine sieve to remove any passionfruit seeds and bottle for use. Keep in fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Mandarin Shrub Recipe
250g Mandarin Shredded
150ml Apple Cider Vinegar
200g Sugar
Big Pinch of Salt
Shred the mandarin and add to an airtight container with vinegar and sugar. Shake until combined and keep in the fridge for 24-48 hours, shaking every 12 hours. Press through a sieve and bottle for use. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Mulled Wine
Giesen 0% Premium Red Cocktail
Ingredients Method
- 500ml Giesen 0% Premium Red
- 20 Cloves
- 5 Star anise
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Vanilla bean stick
- 1 tbsp Honey
1. Slice open the vanilla bean stick down the middle, so the paste is exposed.
2. Put 500ml of the Giesen 0% Premium Red in a pot.
3. Add 20 cloves, 5 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick & the opened vanilla bean stick.
4. Simmer on a high medium for 10 minutes.
- Make sure the Giesen 0% Merlot wine is not boiling.
5. Add the honey after 10 minutes, continuing cooking the mixture.
6. After the wine has been at a medium/high heat, let it simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat with the pot lid on.
7. Pour your wine into a glass and ENJOY!
