Product Cleaning

How to remove the battery

When the motor spins and the gears of A, B, C, and D send power to the X-axis, the total speed ratio is 83:1, meaning the motor spins at a rate of 8300RPM. With outUse the "B" end of the Peg/Axle remover to take out the battery. put going through the gearbox to the X-axis, the rotation speed will be reduced to 100RPM, an 83X decrease; Notes for Assembly however, torque will increase by 83X.

1. Use the "A" end of the Peg/Axle remover to pull off the peg (Fig. a). 2.Use the "B" end of the Peg/Axle remover to pull out the axle (Fig. b). 3.Use the "B" end of the Peg/Axle remover to pull off the button fixer (Fig. c).
When attaching a gear or a tire to the framework with a drive axle, be sure to keep a gap of about 1 mm between the gear or the tire and the framework to decrease the friction caused in operation so that smooth motion can be assured.

Infrared Sending and Receiving Infrared technology is critical in modern life and it is widely applied in many places, such as your television set at home, the air conditioner, the stereo, and various types of remote controls. Infrared is an unseen wave of light that surrounds us but we cannot see it. Infrared light mainly comes from the sun but there are other objects that emit infrared light, such as light bulbs or even the human body. Ear thermometers use infrared light emitted from the human body to measure body temperatures. The principle of infrared remote controllers converts electronic signals into light; the transmiter within the remote control is also an encoder that blasts a signal according to code for the infrared receiver to receive, decode, then execute the function.

Infrared Remote Control Instructions Channels 1–4 on the remote control are for adjustment. When playing with others, use different channels so as to not interfere with the control of each other's models.

When the remote control's channel has been adjusted, the motor must be adjusted to the same channel (as shown in diagram 2 blue arrow). Once the two small motors are linked to the big motor, use the big motor to adjust channels. The left side of the remote control has a green button that controls the small motor on the left (as in diagram 2 green arrow). The red button on the right of the remote control controls the small motor on the right (as in diagram 2 red arrow). ”As the controller's transmiter and receiver use power even on standby mode, when you are not using the infrared remote control or when assembling the model, toggle the switch to the 0 position and turn the power off. If not used for an extended period, please remove the batteries from the transmiter and receiver.

Understanding Robots Robots include any machinery that simulates life forms, whether they are humans, cats, dogs, or others. In the industrial world, manmade machines that automatically execute their tasks are also called robots and they are controlled by computer programs and used to work in the place of people. We see robot-related themes in movies and novels. For instance, The Terminator, The Matrix, and other films describe a world where machines have taken the place of humans. The term "robot" was coined in 1920 by Czechoslovakia writer Karel Capek in his novel Rossum's Universal Robots based on the word Robota (Czech origin, meaning "laborer, workers"). In 1939, New York's World Expo exhibited mankind's first robot, Elektro, a robot for the home. He could walk, talk, and even smoke but was not very good at doing housework. (diagram 3) In 1942, sci-fi novelist Isaac Asimov proposed the "Three Laws of Robotics" in a novel. Although merely a part of his novel, these three laws later became the unspoken development principles in the science world. (diagram 3)
"Three Laws of Robotics" Law 1: Robots cannot harm humans, and must ensure their safety. Law 2: Robots must obey human commands as long as they do not break the first law. Law 3: Robots must protect themselves as long as they do not break the first and second laws. In 1954, American George Wald invented the first programmable computer (technically, it was a robotic arm that repeated functions such as "grab" and "grip"). This was a critical milestone in robotics development and greatly changed industrial technology. (diagram 4) The development of robots has never stopped and today we have robots that can do simple tasks. It's undeniable that in the near future we will see robots that can fully mimic human functions. But will robots be able to think? This is another interesting question.

Understanding Gears In this modern industrial society, our lives are filled with gears. They are broadly applied for various uses and we come in contact with them every day in places such as the watch on your wrist, the alarm that wakes you up in the morning, the elevator that takes you up or down, and cars. They all utilize gears. Mankind's history of using gears goes a long way back and although we do not know the original inventor, we can trace usage to 300 B.C. to the Greek philosopher Aristotle (B.C. 384–322) in his work "Mechanical Issues", which described using bronze or metal to forge gears that transfer movement. With technological developments, the materials used to forge gears are becoming sturdier and of all sizes for use in all kinds of places.
Standard gears are categorized Parallel axis: this includes spur gears, pin gears, herringbone gears, spiral gears, and rack gears.

Cross axis: crown gears, straight bevel gears, and helical worm gears.
Staggered axis: these are axis that are flat and also cross, such as skew bevel gears, crossed helical gears, hypoid gears, worm and worm gears.
Solar System Before we explore the galaxy, let's first get to know our solar system, the home of the Earth! For thousands of years in history, mankind believed that the Earth was the centre of the world (universe). During the Renaissance period (15th century), Polish mathematician and astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus (A.D. 1473–1543) first proposed the theory that the world was round and formulated a model of the universe that placed the sun rather than the Earth at its centre, with all celestial bodies rotating around the sun. This theory was nearly universally unaccepted at the time and he was even viewed as a heretic. However, Copernicus' theory opened the window to astronomy and deeply impacted future astronomer Galileo Galilei (A.D. 1564–1642) and both their achievements were milestones of astronomy. Galileo was viewed as the "father of modern astronomy", "father of modern physics", "father of science", and "father of modern science". His achievements include improving the function of telescopes to make observations of the heavens more accurate. He also provided scientific proof to many astronomy theories (such as objects affected by gravity increase movement speeds, etc.). The solar system is made up of a star (the sun) and 8 major planets that orbit the sun at the centre. The distance of the planets to the sun fromclosest to furthest is in the following order: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.

Curiosity was the 3rd generation Mars rover built by the Mars Science Laboratory at NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration). It is 3 metres long, weighs 900 kg, and is mainly used to explore the Gale Crater on Mars as a part of NASA's Mars Science Laboratory mission. Curiosity travelled for nearly a year over a distance of 567 km to successfully land on Mars on August 6, 2012. Its primary mission includes exploring the climate and geological environment of Mars and collecting data to determine whether there are signs of life on Mars, or if Mars can provide an environment that supports life.

Although many countries 50 52 44 45 46 47 49 36 38 42 are developing space shuttles, only the U.S. and the Soviet Union have succeeded. Once x1 x3 x4 x 38 x 3 x1 x3 x1 x4 x1 the Soviet Union disbanded, they discontinued their space program due to lack of funding. Space shuttles look very much like aircraft and their winged design is for the purpose of using air brakes when returning to earth to slow their descent; space shuttles are a reusable type of flying machine used in space. In 2011 NASA officially ended its space shuttle program, ending 30 years of space travel that began with the Columbia in 1981. However, this announcement from NASA does not signify that space shuttle programs have ended; on the contrary, the U.S. has privatized the space industry and has allowed many aerospace engineering companies to participate in development, creating a win-win situation. The last space mission was held on 8 July 2011 by the Atlantis.

Shuttle Arm When robotic arms were first invented, they were a fixed device in the cargo hold of space shuttles and designated the role of heavy lifting as they could pick up and move equipment; when necessary, they could also be separated from the space shuttle. Later it was proved that they could act as the right arm in space as they can also execute very delicate tasks aside from being able to lift heavy objects. Former SPAR researcher Peter Chadwick once said: "The robotic arm has done things that far exceed what it was first invented for." (SPAR is the company that develops robotic arms for space.)

Moon Car The moon rover, as the name implies, is a vehicle that explores the surface of the moon and collects data, samples, and performs analysis. The moon rovers are separated into manned and unmanned type. The unmanned moon rover is basically an autonomous robot composed of a base, a cockpit, and a solar battery for power and power storage. The first unmanned Mars rover was the Soviet Union's Mars rover 1, which landed on the moon on November 17, 1970.

Rocket Car Rocket transport cars are vehicles specifically used to transport space rockets. The rockets are placed on the platform at the rear of the transport vehicle; there are cranks at the ends of the platform that are for upward and downward movement. The transport has special equipment, such as the required communications system at the front and back of the vehicle. The vehicle also has a spare generator, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic accumulator, vehicle suspension, and cranks divided into four regions. This is all to ensure that the vehicle can continue its mission in any emergency situation.

Satellites Satellites are celestial bodies that orbit stars and the moon is Earth's natural satellite. Manmade satellites are built by scientists on Earth to be space machines that are shot into space using rockets and space shuttles to orbit the Earth or other planets like natural satellites. There are many current uses for manmade satellites for systems such as communications and navigation; these are just one of the function s of manmade satellites.
