My focus for this term are to have a better communication, gain some new innovation and good collaboration

COMMUNICATION INNOVATION COLLABORATION
Super Team
Respects all of SB members by having transparent and effective communication with each other by using Email, Slack, Whatsapp group and other social media. Regularly having online meetings every month with SB to discuss project forms issues , update of their condition and evaluation of their works. Monitoring and Follow up the work of SBs every month by creating SBs working tracker. Collaborate with GA to analyze the report of SBs condition and mental health issues. Collaborate with CB DA to have capacity building online training about the How to revise a Project, How to Solve a Problems, Project Management and Time Management to all SBs members
Lead SCORE SBs for achieving an excellent quality of research project by improving and building a good internal condition of the team. Achieve academic quality by improving and developing innovation to the Research Project, Activities and Education. Prevent the Hidden SCOPE Exchange within all of SCORE NMOs. Improve the quality and quantity of Global Action Project/ PHEx. Have a good communication and collaboration with the SCORE ITs, VPA IT, and PC

Research Project
Collaboration with SBs to analyze, evaluate and update the SCORE project form 2018 version and guidelines. Create and initiate a new version of project form spreadsheet with the combination of the project form tracker to help SBs for reminder of the project deadline. Based on that tracker I will notify SBs when the project deadline is three days left. Distribute a research project to all SB members based on the number of the project they have been revised. Review a project forms with more detailed, thorough and selective not only to be professional time constraint of 15 days by revising a project but also fast response to all NMOs. Concoct and submit periodical updates on projects via NORE server every month. Create a NMOs number of projects tracking and make the report every march and august, this infographic will help RAs to approach and motivate NOREs to have more projects. Collaborate with SCORE D and RAs to implement SB-RAs Buddy System in the process of following up and motivating NOREs. Collaborate with SBs to create Project of the Month to raise the awareness of the research, this activity will select the best project that has an excellent innovation, method, technique and involvement of the student. We will create a scoring system for selecting the project.

Collaborate with Program Coordinator on Teaching medical skills to promote the IFMSA Programs Toolkit and Evaluation Manual to all of NOREs. Initiate and create SCORE Activities Database for having a good administration of NMOs research activities. Promoting NMOs research activities and education related to IFMSA Programs and Global Priority by creating infographics and webinar sessions. Initiate and implement the SCORE Activities Presentation in every General Assembly SCO session to give some inspiration to other NMOs. Collaborate with GA to promote and implement the Outcome of Research Exchange to all NMOs and collect to the SCORE Outcome Database. Create and implement a Tutor Feedback form to assess their feedback for our research exchange programs to increase the impact assessment. Collaborate with GA to initiate and implement the SCORE Newsletter by creating the template, content and structure that must be in the newsletter and make an open submission to all of NMOs. Evaluate, Organize and Promote Scientific Poster Fair on the General Assembly and create a guideline, standard and indicator for the event. Collaborate with GA and EDA to Evaluate, Organize and Promote Research Awareness Campaign 2021 to all medical students with a new concept and more impactful. Collaborate with CB DA and EDA to review, update and promote the SCORE Research Resources Database every 6 month. Collaborate with EDA and VPA to Initiate and create a blueprint of IFMSA Medical Students Journal.

Assess NOREs knowledge about Hidden SCOPE Exchange on NORE Report. Regularly monitoring and evaluating the hidden SCOPE Exchange by checking status in project spreadsheet and report form. Promoting the infographics that have been created before to NOREs and LOREs to raise awareness of the hidden SCOPE Exchange. Collaborate with RAs to solved a problem within the hidden SCOPE Exchange Collaborate with SBs to investigate and create a report of hidden SCOPE Exchange.

Global Action Project/PHEx
Evaluate and provide feedback for current GAP Project form and guidelines. Evaluate and discuss with previous GAP/PHEx Alignment SWG to make a new guideline and the final decision. Assess NOREs about their awareness and knowledge about GAP on NORE Report Regularly follow up and monitoring NMOs for their participation on GAP Exchange by creating the GAP database tracker. Collaborate with RAs in motivating NOREs to implement GAP Exchange in their NMOs Constructing media and infographics on GAP Exchange then distribute it through NORE server and social media
International Team
Always collaborate, communicative and responsive with ITs/VPA IT/PCs regarding the PDA work field. Dedicating as an active SCORE IT through attending OLM, TNEW, PRET, GA and Regional Meeting. Strongly support and contribute to any SCORE IT Projects and SWGs from preparation until conclusion. Top notch soft skill in problem solving, fast response and passionate work ethic as SCORE IT and NMOs. Initiate and implement event a Projects Day with NMOs to do an open discussion or training related to research projects, activities and education.
