Gillian Lewis of Spectrum Coaching and Consultancy is a Self-Image Coach, who believes that what you say to yourself when you look in the mirror affects every aspect of your life. She combines confidence coaching with image consultancy to help you feel happier with the image you see in the mirror, before creating new beliefs that will allow you to take action to achieve the life you desire.
