Richmond. Christian Listeners is an Acorn Christian Healing Foundation resource offering training in listening attitudes and skills through a variety of courses which are led by trained tutors.

Sophie Overin and the choir of St Mary’s Church are holding a Sponsor-A-Hymn evening on Friday 28th February. This is in aid of the Amala Trust and her school visit to the Amala Children’s Home in Southern India. The Children’s Home provides accommodation and schooling for boys and girls from some of the most deprived families in a remote rural area of Tamil Nadu. *********************************************** Women’s World Day of Prayer is interdenominational and is taking place on Friday, 7th March 2014 at 2.00pm, in the Methodist Church. This year the service has been prepared by Christian women of Egypt. There will be a meeting at 2.00pm on Thursday 13th February at the Methodist Church for all those interested. *********************************************** A five session ecumenical discussion course ‘BUILD ON THE ROCK’ (Faith, doubt – and Jesus) begins w/c 10 th March 2014. Groups are being held at five different venues. If you are interested in attending could you please sign the notice at the back of church so that the course material can be obtained. *********************************************** If you are a tax payer please place your cash donations in the yellow gift aid envelope and complete the details.
