Bunting In order to celebrate the Meet gathering and the impending Tour de France the bunting above you has been made by 400-500 children from schools across Richmond and the 1st Richmond Scout Group. They are in the colours of the Tour de France winners’ jumpers. Please see Scott Lunn if you would like more information.
