This morning’s service is for everyone and if needed there is a children’s area at the back of church. Lord’s Prayer and Communion Cubes for children are available for anyone to use during the service. Please just ask if you would like to borrow one. There is an induction loop system in the church for those who would find it useful.

The Charity of the Month collection today is for Mary's Meals, which grew as the result of one man's vision and is now working in 14 countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. Their aim is to give every hungry child one daily meal in school - attracting children into the classroom, giving them energy and the opportunity to learn, and the chance of a brighter future. Please give generously. PRAYER REQUESTS Please pray for: Those mentioned in the Daily Prayer Calendar in the magazine. All those in particular need of God’s comfort and healing, including, Bill Abbott, Liz Atkinson, George Bell, Harry Bell, Eilidh Hallett, Mary Hartnell, Doreen Hooton, Vera Newman, Harriet Ridley, Don Wade, Carole Ward, Josh Winch, John Willis and all the patients at the Friary Hospital. We commend unto God’s merciful keeping those who have recently died. Electoral Roll Revision - Prior to the APCM on Sunday 25th March at 11.30am we are required to have a revision of the Electoral Roll. If you have recently moved into the area, come to this church or have not previously registered, and are aged over 16 then please fill in a form which is available at the back of the church under the rota sheets. Make a Mothers Day is an annual appeal for Mothering Sunday. Anyone wishing to make a donation to the work of Mothers Union both here and abroad in memory of their Mother or just as a donation please see Margaret Clayson (8am) or Christine Stedman and Susan Scrafton (10 am). Leaflets giving more information at the back of church. Good news! The next Community Exhibition will be held here in St Mary's over the May Bank holiday weekend, Friday 4th Monday 7th May, the weekend that the Tour de Yorkshire sets off from Richmond Market Place. Whether you choose to create an exhibit yourself or to come along to see the exhibition when everything in place you will be very welcome. Refreshments will be provided by the Belles of St Mary's and there will be Belltower tours and other activities. Please check the church website. Parish magazine production. Would you be able to spare a couple of hours a month to help with the collation of the parish magazine? A small group meet one evening a month to put the magazine together. Offers of help to deliver the magazine would also be very gratefully received. Church Cleaning in preparation for Easter. Everyone is welcome to come and help. Refreshments provided. Saturday 31st March from 2pm-4pm. Richmondshire Landscape Trust is holding its annual Easter Egg Hunt. Starting from the Westfields lay-by. Tickets for the event (which is sponsored by Richmond Duck Club) are £3. Tickets may be bought at the gate or reserved at lorraine@belfrys.co.uk. Uncollected reserved tickets may be sold from 2.45pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The Service of Collation and induction of the Rev’d Martin Fletcher will take place on Thursday 26th April 2018 at 7.30pm at St. Mary’s Church. All very welcome.
