This morning’s service is for everyone and if needed there is a children’s area at the back of church. Lord’s Prayer and Communion Cubes for children are available for anyone to use during the service. Please just ask if you would like to borrow one. There is an induction loop system in the church for those who would find it useful.

The Charity of the Month collection. Thank you to all who donated to Mary's Meals last Sunday which raised £208, which is enough to provide a meal in school for 16 children for a whole year.

All those in particular need of God’s comfort and healing, including, Bill Abbott, Liz Atkinson, George Bell, Harry Bell, Eilidh Hallett, Mary Hartnell, Doreen Hooton, Vera Newman, Harriet Ridley, Don Wade, Carole Ward, Josh Winch, Christopher White, John Willis and all the patients at the Friary Hospital.

We commend unto God’s merciful keeping those who have recently died. We pray that God will bring comfort to all who mourn their loss, including Peter Dinsdale, Patricia Polson, Connie Reed, Ronald Brown and Patsy Kane.

Cafe Church is next Sunday at 4pm when we look forward to Wendy Pritchard speaking about God in Nature. An informal afternoon with good company, conversation, cake and closing with Compline. Electoral Roll Revision - Prior to the APCM on Sunday 25th March at 11.30am we are required to have a revision of the Electoral Roll.

If you have recently moved into the area, come to this church or have not previously registered, and are aged over 16 then please fill in a form which is available at the back of the church under the rota sheets.

Make a Mothers Day is an annual appeal for Mothering Sunday.

Anyone wishing to make a donation to the work of Mothers Union both here and abroad in memory of their Mother or just as a donation please see Margaret Clayson (8am) or Christine Stedman and Susan Scrafton (10 am). Leaflets giving more information at the back of church.

Good news! The next Community Exhibition will be held here in St Mary's over the May Bank holiday weekend, Friday 4th - Monday 7th May, the weekend that the Tour de Yorkshire sets off from Richmond Market Place.

Whether you choose to create an exhibit yourself or to come along to see the exhibition when everything in place you will be very welcome. Refreshments will be provided by the Belles of St Mary's and there will be Bell tower tours and other activities.

Round Pound Collection. Thank you to all who have put their Round pounds into the collection box at the back of church, raising £36. Please check your pockets and furniture once more and give these old coins a good home. All donations gratefully received.

Many thanks to everyone who supported the Fair Trade Big Breakfast. The total amount raised from donations and from a % of the sales profits is £591.62. The government is matching money raised so this means that Traidcraft Exchange will have £1,183.24 to help Hidden Entrepreneurs throughout the world.

We are looking at the possibility of running Confirmation Classes later in the year. We already have interest from 4 people from FunKey Church. If you are interested (adult or young person Yr6 or above) please let Scott or Gillian know.

Sunday 25th March at 11.30am, after morning worship – APCM Please come and support this important meeting as we briefly look at the year just past and set things in place for the year ahead.

There will be four vacancies on the PCC to be filled. Nomination papers are available at the back of church. Please return them to Jennifer Patrick or one of the Church Wardens prior to the meeting.

The Service of Collation and induction of the Rev’d Martin Fletcher will take place on Thursday 26th April 2018 at 7.30pm at St. Mary’s Church. All very welcome.
