Christian Aid Week 10-16 May As Christian Aid Week comes to an end thanks are due to the 24 or so deliverers/collectors who've been slogging round Richmond: at least the weather's stayed fine for us! Please leave your bags at the back of church today (Sunday) or phone me on 822277 and I will collect your envelopes. There is a box at the back of church for any uncollected envelopes you may have, plus empty envelopes if you did not get an envelope and wish to make a donation. Thank you for your support. Anne Simpson NOTE: If you feel strongly about how climate change is affecting communities worldwide, please take an 'ACT NOW Do justice' card and send it off. They are near the Christian Aid box. The Friends of St Mary’s will be providing refreshments for three concerts during the Swaledale Festival; Reeth Brass, Tuesday 26th May; Northern Voices & Werca’s Folk, Sunday 31st May and Royal Northern Sinfonia with James Gilchrist, Friday 5th June. We would appreciate help from a few willing volunteers. If you are available please let Susan Wallis or Liz Chambers know to help with the organisation. Thanks very much.
