The Fun-Key Church Pet Service is next week at 4pm (with refreshments and activities from 3.40pm) when we will be gathering with our pets or memories of pets and thanking God for the love which we share with them. Following their blessing, all our pets will receive a certificate. As well as all this, there will be crafts, activities, perhaps face-painting and the usual relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Thursday 23rd June 7.00pm Palestinian Dance Troupe visits Harrogate. Baqoun are a talented Christian Palestinian Dance Troupe who are visiting UK in June under the auspices of the Diocese of West Yorkshire and the Dales. They will be performing at Christ Church, Harrogate. Tickets £10 including a light Palestinian-style supper can be bought on line; Anne Simpson is willing to arrange this for anyone who would like to go. We hope to 'car share'.
