There will be a simple Eucharist during the evening
which everyone is welcome to join. Doors open at 7.00pm and the event ends at 8.30pm, as the event is ‘free flow’ you are welcome to join and leave at any point. The Eucharist will be at 7.45pm.
The pop up gallery is open now at 10B Frenchgate, 11am-4pm Tuesday to Saturday and 1pm-4pm Sunday. It is being staffed by volunteers and is only open until Christmas. A share of all the funds raised will go towards the Accessible Toilet Fund. DATES FOR THE DIARY Tuesday 25th November There is no set Mothers’ Union meeting but there will be a group of us in the Kings Head from 2.00pm onwards for anyone who would like to join in with tea or coffee. Wednesday 3rd December The Diocesan Mothers’ Union Service in Wakefield Cathedral. A bus will leave Leeming at 10.30am and return there about 5.00pm at a cost of £8. Please contact Margaret Clayson if you would like to go. The MU will continue to collect toiletries, brushes, combs etc for the Women’s Refuge during Advent. Please leave in the blue box. Saturday 6th December 8.00am–12.00 Church Christmas Coffee Morning in the Town Hall. Please support in any way you can and enjoy a cuppa whilst listening to out choir singing. Sunday 7th December Christmas at Marrick A bus leaves Nun’s Close car park at 6.00pm to take everyone to Marrick Priory for Christmas candle-lit entertainment and supper. This year Friends of Marrick have bought waterproof clothing, wellingtons, indoor games & a projector. Also supported one whole class, and various individual children with the bursary fund.
