Everyone is invited by the Dean to a special choral evensong service at Ripon Cathedral on Sunday 11th September at which Rev John is to be installed as an Honorary Canon of the Cathedral. The service begins at 3.30pm and there is to be a reception afterwards. end of August. There is a list at the back of the church. The meeting is open to all. Next week at 4pm (with refreshments from 3.40pm) will be FunKey Church @ St Mary's, when we will be looking at the Parable of the Rich Fool. As ever, there will be something for all ages, including crafts, activities, a quiet space, a short talk, prayers and hymns. This is very relaxed and informal worship.
