Everyone is warmly invited to our new/changed time services at St Mary’s, starting in February: 1st Sunday of the month at 7.00pm Illuminate – contemporary worship with music group. Every Wednesday morning Holy Communion 9.15am Every Thursday evening Holy Communion at 7.00pm Become a Dementia Friendly Church. Churches have a great deal of experience in caring for the needs of people, especially older people and often can work with others in providing resources and much needed help. Our diocese is a member of the Yorkshire and Humber Dementia Action Alliance and is committed to raising awareness of dementia and helping our churches to become ‘dementia friendly’. A training opportunity is available to learn more, on Saturday March14th at St. Aidan’s School, Harrogate 9.30am-1.00pm (refreshments from 9.00 am). Open to all – no cost. Transport for 3 people is currently available. To book a place contact Jennifer Patrick on 850693. Fun-Key Church @ St Mary’s Richmond is Today at 4.00pm, with refreshments and activities from 3.40pm. Our theme is ‘wonderfully and awesomely made’ which we will explore through hymns, stories, songs, craft, quiet places and prayer. Very relaxed fun, faith and fellowship for all ages. Women’s World Day of Prayer will be taking place this year on Friday 6th March in St Mary’s.
