Christian Aid Coffee Morning
Coffee Mornings Many thanks to all who helped at the Bible Society Coffee Morning last Saturday, made cakes etc. A total of £261.81 was raised, including £8.81 from the sale of scones after the Harvest Eucharist last Sunday. Help is now needed for our Church Mission Society Coffee Morning this Thursday 26th September. St Mary's has supported CMS for many years and this is our chance to support its Mission Partners all over the world. We need helpers throughout the morning to make and serve coffee and man stalls. We hope to have a cake and bric-a-brac stall as well as a raffle. Please could you let Anne Simpson (8222770) know if you can help in any way. Raffle prizes can be given to Anne; bric-a-brac and baking can be collected if you let her know. Richmond Christian Aid Group Coffee Morning Saturday 12th October 2013 in the Town Hall. This is our annual coffee morning to raise money for Christian Aid. We need some helpers to make and serve coffee, sell raffle tickets and man 2 stalls. We also need donations of home baking, jams etc and good quality Bric-a-brac. Please note our allocated time to help at the coffee morning this year is only between 10.40 am and 12 noon. SFX are doing the 1st slot from 8 am till 9.20 am then the Methodist Church cover from 9.20 am till 10.40am so we need to take over from them promptly at 10 40am.
