Synopsis In this observatoy video, the idea was to show the evolution of the different goalkeepers of the Gimnasio Campestre during a semester. This school participate in a tournament called UNCOLI, in which they train hard to play that tournament, specially the goalkeepers. The video show the different methods that the goalkeepers use in the trainings to then reflected in the different matches.
Project The idea was to create an observational documentary of the goalkeepers and his different evolution during a semester. At the beginning of the project, was searched for some information about the characteristics of this kind of documentaries and about the different aspects to record like angles, balance and different camera aspects. To then record many trainings to show the different technique that they need to use and that they train everyday. Then was record the life of the goalkeepers before of every training, like in the dressroom and his actitude before every training. To finally record different matches and their reaction in different moments. After this process of recording, there was necessary to apply many hours in an edit stage, to finally create a final product.
Potencial Demographic The audience for this project is principally for the goalkeepers but also for the ones who plays or like football in the school our outside. The idea is that the viewers can see the work that the goalkeepers have inside of this school, something that for the people involucrated in UNCOLI can found interesting. Also the family of the players and the new families that are news in the school will be a great audience by the big popularity that the football have in this school. As an strategie to promote this documentary will function to give different publicity to the players of the different categories of football in the school and also to promote the video before of important matches or at the beginning of the semesters when the students can make an inscription to the different activities that the school provide. This can made by different poster, with the use of the video or with some information inside of the bulletin of the activities after school.
Words From The Director This video was created with the intention that the fanatics of footaball can watch some work that is in some way is ignored. In the last year the school has inverted a lot to bring different coaches for the goalkeepers and this work has function, that is the reason of the great performance of the goalkeepers in the last years. But a los of people ignored what is the real training that this people need to do and hardest that it is. Some people says that the goalkeepers dont do anything, the reality is that they can do more than any other player and his importance in the field is more that any forward.
