• 40 NHS choral students participate in the 3rd Annual Chatham All-County Choral Festival at Jordan Matthews High School. • The NHS Jazz Ensemble and NHS Voices perform at Briar Chapel’s Music in May celebration. • Other spring music includes a concert the Choral & Guitar Ensembles and the Tri-M Spring Recital. • The Concert for Memorial Day, American Spectacular, by the Concert Band & Jazz Ensemble, features premiere of Aural Essay, by music director Eugene Cottrell.
