MHC RETAIL STORE CUSTOMER PROCESS

GO TO THE WEBSITE
Visit the MHC Retail homepage and choose the product store you would like to order from. There are two stores to choose from: the Signage + Fixtures store, and the Everyday Essentials store. Create an account using you @IamMorrison.com email address.

CHOOSE YOUR PURCHASES
Browse the products in the store and add the items you'd like to purchase to your quote.

SUBMIT QUOTE REQUEST
Once you've chosen all of your purchases, go to the Next Step of the quote request and enter the required information. Review your Request and then click Submit Request.

APPROVE THE OFFICIAL QUOTE
Review the Official Quote for accuracy and respond to the email with an APPROVAL or with any updates or changes needed to the quote.

KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL
You will receive emails once your order is officially being processed. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped.

INVOICE PAYMENT
The vendor will send the INVOICE for your order once your has been fulfilled (shipped). Please submit the invoice for payment as soon as you receive. Once the order has been paid it will be marked as paid in the system.

REVIEW YOUR ORDER
Once your order has arrived, open the package(s) and confirm that all of the items arrived in good condition.
