Important iTek Ordering Reminders
We have been notified of a recurring issue with orders not including required Cost Center data for new print materials supplier, iTek Graphics LLC (P-card vendor). Please see below details for reminders of required information to ensure the most efficient service with iTek going forward.
Important Reminders When Placing Orders with iTek
• You must include your Cost Center in the “Last Name” field with every order placed on the iTek ordering platform.
• The Last Name field should be entered as: Last Name, space, entire Cost Center number.
• See below screenshot for example of where this information should be input on the order confirmation page of the platform. Note there is a reminder on the iTek ordering screen advising of this requirement.
• If you do not include your Cost Center in this field, there will be a chance your order will be delayed, cancelled, or improperly keyed with iTek, potentially resulting in incorrect charges, delays, or other issues with your order.
