Manufacturing Supervisor - This position provides supervision of direct and indirect employees in the production area, manages the department to accomplish effective setup, run and completion of quality products. Minimum of five years manufacturing experience with HS diploma is required and a college degree is preferred.

Quality Supervisor - This position is responsible for providing support, communication and corrective actions to ensure that quality standards are met, provides leadership and direction to the QA team and is responsible for maintaining Reyco Granning ISO programs. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all departments, customers and subcontractors. Computer literacy, ability to read blue prints, and working knowledge of team oriented problem solving are all required. Knowledge of quality planning documents including Control Plans and FMEAs also necessary.

Requires a High School Diploma; an Associate’s Degree is preferred. Minimum of one year experience in a quality inspector position or 3-5 years’ experience in a related field required.

Project/Sr. Project Engineer - Title based on experience level. This position reports to the Powered Vehicle Value Stream. This requires a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree, 2-5 years’ experience in product design, development and production release, preferably within the heavy duty truck industry.

Strong understanding of CAD (prefer SolidWorks), competency in MRP and other business systems, knowledge of GD&T, tolerance and feasibility studies is required.

Knowledge of heavy duty truck, trailer and specialty vehicle suspension systems is preferred.

Manufacturing Engineer - This position is primarily responsible to drive cost reduction through effective project management. Identify process improvements; provide detailed plans for implementation and design processes and tool/fixturing for new and improved processes. Document standard work, lead process improvement activities, and use statistical analysis tools to determine sequence of efforts and consequential payback. Requires a demonstrated history of successful project/program management, passion for continuous improvement. Must be a technical problem solver training small to large groups. A BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology or similar technical degree is required.

Supplier Quality Engineer - This position will administer and act as liaison for supplier quality programs, coordinator supplier corrective action requirements and provide indicators of supplier performance to management. Requires a BS degree in Engineering or Quality or related fields. Computer literacy, knowledge of GD&T and SPC, ability to read blueprints, understand customer requirements, good problem 1x2.5 solving skills, ability to analyze and interpret quantitative data, excellent oral and written communication skills, TFan understanding of vendor relationships including the supplier process is required.
