The key to sponsoring is speaking! Refer to the following questions and clues for successful conversations about the ThirtyOne opportunity! Be sure to record your results on the Conversation Tracker.

Basic Questions These can be used to learn more about a customer and determine how Thirty-One can benefit her. You don’t need to ask every question - feel free to come up with some of your own.

What keeps you busy during the day? What do you value most in your life right now? What do you like most about Thirty-One? Have you worked with any other direct selling companies before? Have you ever thought about doing what I do? Could you use some extra money each month? What would you use it for? Basic Questions When you hear any of these, be ready to talk about the opportunity. These indicate an interest in your business and are the perfect opening for a great conversation!

How many nights a week do you do this? Has this been successful for you? Do you own all these products? Is it expensive to get started? Do you have to sell a minimum every month? Did you need special training to do this? Be honest, be enthusiastic and be proud of your Thirty-One story!
