Corian®, prodotto da DuPont, è una "superficie solida" che possiede diverse caratteristiche che lo rendono assolutamente unico: è un materiale resistente all'usura, alle macchie, agli urti, al calore e alla maggior parte degli acidi. Dotato di una gradevole tattilitá e sottile opalescenza, Corian® è altamente igienico in quanto materiale non poroso. Non consente la crescita di funghi, muffa e batteri, come stafilococchi ed altri germi. È un materiale inerte, non tossico, ipoallergenico e chimicamente non reattivo.
Corian®, produced by DuPont, is a "solid surface" with different characteristics that make it absolutely unique: it is resistant to wear, to stains, to impact, to heat and most acids. It has a pleasant feel to the touch and a subtle opalescence, and Corian® is highly hygienic as the material is non-porous. It does not permit any proliferation of fungi, mold and bacteria like staphylococcus and other germs. It is inert, non-toxic, non-allergic and chemically non-reactive. Corian®, von Dupont entwickelt und hergestellt, ist ein "massives Oberflächenmaterial", das aufgrund seiner verschiedenen Eigenschaften einzigartig in seiner Art ist: Dieses Material ist verschleißfest, fleckenbeständig, stoß- und schlagfest, wärmebeständig und beständig gegen die meisten Säuren.
