Complex of townhouses in malafede The project star ted with the distribution of the internal spaces for a family, within a predetermined plan shape. The building’s study takes place from the architectural, urban and detail scale. From the technical and constructive point of view, the structure is in reinforced concrete and foundation with isolated footing. Mainly it has been study the system of thermal insulation and runoff of meteoric waters.

Urban Planning Technique 2018
new neighborhood deisgn in san basilio The main aim is to create a new centrality in the peripheral area between San Basilio and Torraccia, through a new neighborhood with all the standards provided by the NTA of Rome, mainly: green areas , parking and new buildings for residential, commercial and public facilities. The highlight of the project is the connection of urban cores through a pedestrian path that enhances the public space.

student residence in sabaudia
The project develops through the connection between the building and the lake. The purpose of the project is to charm the resident through the view of the landscape that’s never the same but changes following the play of holes on the main façade, giving an always different picture of the lake. Mainly, the building is ar ticulated into two volumes, the east par t for private accommodation, the west par t for common areas, connected by a bridge that allows to glimpse the interior from the exterior.

square, studio-lab coworking and post production building The project’s concept consists into five overlapping and staggered floors, which create an external path enhanced through a bioclimatic greenhouse, able to heating in winter and cooling in summer through natural ventilation. The first two floors are intended for post production of audiovisual materials, while the two upper floors are coworking areas. The top floor consists of a dining area and a large furnished terrace.

library on the banks of the t i b e r , p o r ta p o r t e s e The design of the librar y is developed in two volumes with different functions. An underground volume, cut by a diagonal ramp and a second volume with a cantilever structure in steel frame and raised 90 cm above the street level. The aim is to give the visitor the impression of fluctuation and immersion in the river, emphasized by the overhanging volume toward the river bank. The facade consists of transparent and color ful glass modules, which creates a play of light able to enchanted the viewer that is inside.
