WELDING

We use Migatronic welding machines coupled with Fanuc robots. We use Migatronic welding machines coupled with Fanuc robots.

We weld structural steel - MAG method (135) and stainless steel and aluminum

We use Migatronic and Kempii welding machines for manual welding.

We have 9 welding stations equipped with instrumented welding tables.

We weld structural steel - MAG method (135) and TIG ( 141).

Stainless steel and aluminum - MIG ( 131 ) and TIG ( 141 ) method.

All welding processes are carried out on the basis of qualified welding technologies (WPQR) in accordance with PN-EN ISO 15614-1.

The manual welding station is equipped with a BEAR welding positioner. The positioner allows safe lifting, rotation and tilting to the optimum position of parts to be welded or assembled weighing up to 2000kg.

GIPO welding personnel are qualified in the full range of welding work performed in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9606-1.

CNC MILLING

In GIPO's machine park, we have 5 CNC milling machines and two manual milling machines:

three 3-axis milling machines

one milling machine with 4+1 axes

one milling machine with indexed axes and a rotary table

The largest parts can have dimensions of 6000x1000x2000mm with a weight of up to 50 tons!

GIPO's machinery park is equipped with high-quality cutting tools. These tools are regularly inspected, maintained and replaced. Optimization of cutting parameters, including cutting speeds, feeds and depth of cut, is essential to achieve the desired result.

CNC MILLING

We carefully determine these parameters based on the material, tools and complexity of the workpiece. Finding the right balance between material removal rate and surface finish, maximizing productivity without sacrificing quality.

CNC TURNING

In GIPO's machine park, we have five CNC lathes and two manual lathes. We have automatic lathes with a bar feeder and robots feeding and receiving the workpiece. We have equipped our lathes with FANUC software. Three lathes are equipped with bar feeders.

POWDER COATING & SPRAY PAINTING

At GIPO's headquarters, we have two powder coating lines. An automatic powder coating line with a passage oven and a three-stage washer with iron phosphating.

We precede the painting process with surface preparation treatment. By thoroughly cleaning and preparing the substrate, pretreatment ensures proper adhesion.

We have an automatic line for painting smaller parts (1000x2000x3000mm) and a semi-automatic line for painting large parts. We offer painting in the entire RAL palette of steel parts, aluminum and galvanized parts.

PAINTING

We carry out powder coating based on the paint systems of our customers and GIPO. GIPO painting systems have been laboratory tested in accordance with PN-EN 12944 to confirm their corrosion resistance classes.
