LASER CUTTING

We do laser cutting with automatic plate loading and automatic part unloading. Our lasers can cut 1500x3000x25 mm plates.

Laser Trumpf is precision and speed.

Using state-of-the-art technology, laser cutting gains accuracy while reducing errors and the amount of action. Accurately cut materials of varying thickness and hardness, including steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, copper and brass. The laser makes it possible to make curved cuts, cones, precise cuts and precisely cut shapes.

Cuts are accurate and clean, without the need for additional material edge development, reducing production time and waste.

BENDING

In metal fabrication, precision and efficiency are paramount.

We have several press brakes – and they are all CNC controlled.

Up to 300 tons - 4200 mm wide.

Up to 12 CNC axes: automatic tool clamping and a robot for handling.

CUT & BEND

Leveraging the capabilities of these advanced press brakes, Gipo achieves greater efficiency while delivering quality products to customers.

We use many new possibilities in metalworking, thanks to which we are competitive on the market.

WELDING BLACK

We can weld black steel, stainless steel and aluminium manually or by robots - with certificates of course.

GIPO is certified under PN EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-1 EXC2, and all our welders have Welders’ Certificates, as welding is at the very heart of our business. We carry out non-destructive testing in the VT, PT, MT and UT methods.

WELDING STAINLESS

Migatronic devices are reliable and precise welding machines that can be used for various processes, including MIG, MAG, TIG welding.

TIG welding is known for its precision and is commonly used for critical welds, while MIG welding offers versatility and high deposition rates.

On the other hand, plasma welding provides excellent control and welding quality in demanding applications.

We can weld stainless by using robots, automatically or manually - depending on the job at hand.

Using advanced software and automated machinery, Gipo CNC machining offers unparalleled accuracy, efficiency and repeatability. Through a combination of technical expertise, meticulous planning and attention to detail, we have achieved perfection in CNC machining.

Perfect CNC machining also means choosing the right material and preparing it, with our expertise, we achieve optimal results for our customers.

Gipo's machine park is equipped with high-quality cutting tools. These tools are regularly inspected, maintained and replaced. In addition, meticulous machine setup, including accurate alignment and calibration of the CNC machine, ensures that programmed toolpaths are made with the highest precision.

Optimization of cutting parameters, including cutting speeds, feeds and depth of cut, is essential to achieve the desired result in CNC machining.

We carefully determine these parameters based on the material, tools and complexity of the workpiece. By finding the right balance between material removal rate and surface finish, we achieve the ideal CNC process, maximizing productivity without sacrificing quality.

POWDER COATING

QUALITY OF COATING

Automatic line with pretreatment and phosphatizing.

Integrating pretreatment and phosphating into powder coating is an ideal solution, and pays off in terms of increased productivity and product durability. Using these processes, we achieve excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance.

At Gipo headquarters, we have an automatic line for painting smaller parts and (1000x2000x3000mm) and a semi-automatic line for large parts.

We offer painting in the entire RAL palette of steel, aluminum and galvanized elements.
