Who Does Crime Really Pay?? Page 5 By Frank Comer Truth Be Told- Page 8 By Janice Carter
Happy New Year everyone, we made it! But unfortunately there was some who didn't. We lost quite a few people last year. From the people we grew up watching on television like James Avery better known as Uncle Phil from the Fresh Prince Of Bel Air. Down to our very own family members and friends due to the high rate of crime going on in our cities. Although Mr. Avery's death was due to health issues, we have some preventable deaths and crimes that we need to put a stop to. We need to be more aware and involved in building communication and unity back up in our communities. On a lighter note Kurtis Blow returned back to Columbus, Ohio along with Christopher Williams and a few other artists courtesy of Jackie Nance of Ace Entertainment. If you are not familiar with this woman, please take the time to do so; she is definitely making some big moves.

Who Does Crime Really Pay?? By Frank Comer
B I use the term " Blackmales" because so many of us ranging from our early teen years to young adulthood have been ushered through the industry of incarnation as if it's a right of passage. We have unknowingly became a commodity that fuels the commercial enterprise and its use of prisons for profits. This is not to say that other races are not contributing to this money making machine. I believe that they are merely collateral damage in a bigger scheme. However, I am saying that Blackmales make up more than half of the total prison population in America, why? And who does crime really Pay?? As a nation of Blackmales we must bare some of the responsibility of being incarnated because of the decisions we make. We are sometimes blinded and misled by others intentions and so our judgment becomes impaired as well as hindered due to our confusions, ignorance’s, prejudices and lack of knowledge. In a sense we are products of an inadequate thinking ability that has ultimately led to incarceration. Because of our irresponsibilities we become exploited in our inability's to make sound rational decisions. Incarceration by all accounts is a consequence that is very unfavorable to the Blackmale community. Incarceration leaves our communities unable to foster growth thus becoming a inherent consequence of incarceration that also leaves our individual families vulnerable to dysfunction. The Blackmale becomes a symbol of castration as a result of incarceration cutting him off as a functioning part that supports a strong family structure. There are conspiracies designed to create situations that posses tremendous impact on the "Psyche " such as poverty, unemployment and miseducation to name a few. These social disparities in part influences Blackmales to become irrational in their decision making forcing us to become criminally active. As a result of crime, Blackmale then become perpetually incarcerated in a system of prisons for profits. Furthermore this also deprives our younger males of the necessary guidance and awareness that would prevent and eventually break, the perpetual and exploitative circumstances of incarceration and the industry that uses the Blackmale population as occupational assets. The prisons for profits have been around for a very long time. The concept of prisons for profits that uses prisoners as its work force was created during the " Jim Crow" era of the South. Personal attention was given to the Blackmale population (racial profiling) by law enforcement, Strict enforcement and the effectiveness of those laws kept us as violators and bound to a state of servitude because violations always resulted in imprisonment for the purpose of free labor. These prison labor camps have today evolved becoming correctional institutions keeping intact a system of servitude that achieves the same results as slavery once did. The dynamics of incarceration became one of the harshest realities for many Blackmales then and as it does now.
!
!
Many of our sentences were and still are very disproportionate to whites, allowing many of the whites to be legally exempt from incarceration. In the past during the incarcerated experiences for the Blackmale we would then be exploited (hired out) for various jobs and for No Pay. Today we are still forced to work, but for pennies a day for the commercial production of goods and/ or services, so that the people associated with the industry of incarceration and the money it generates can continue to accumulate wealth and profits (i.e. slavery).
!
The diabolical minds of today are the descendant's of the diabolical minds of the past who barbarically participated in the institution of chattel slavery. These minds continue to work collectively creating more prisons/plantations earning more profits and warehousing large numbers of Blackmales in the process. In fact these minds are a complete and total representation of the old slave masters. They are camouflaged as entrepreneurs, living the America dream and using capitalism as its blue print for success. Just like their ancestors they have been conditioned to quench their insatiable thirst for greed while simultaneously sustaining their wickedness of control through their ideologies of superiority. They are reaffirming inferiority as second-class citizenship through mass incarceration instead of using slavery. Unfortunately, some of us have chosen to be the " New Slave" that helps in securing a very profitable Bottom line‌.

My ladies are not going to feel this but I feel the need to tell it like it is…so here I go! There are some women that play just as many games as the men they chose to deal with. These women cant live without a certain type of attention and there are those who cant live without drama, no matter what they might say. It is no secret that women are the most deceitful, devious creatures, especially when they feel betrayed. So imagine when they feel unattractive or undesired. How are they able to pull it off? … Simple, "The power of the P *ssy” and the quality of the man. What I mean by this is p* ssy is like kryptonite for some men. They will do anything to make sure they land in some. And woman knows exactly who she can and cannot run game on. For example: If a woman has a man that is not really openly admired by other women, he is not a threat. He is the one who will get tried at home. A man that you have to constantly check a chick about…will make you chose your games a little bit carefully. It's amazing how the " good men" will more than likely get this type of woman verses the doggish men who end up with a good women. Women have a way of not seeing their BS for what it is, she cries victim every time! If she speaks with intelligence, carries herself with pride, has a clean house and a decent job, her mindset is a man would be lucky to have a woman like her. So she holds this over his head and uses it as a defense tool whenever she feels unappreciated.
Women thrive on compliments and attention. Most want to be placed up on the highest of the highest podium in their mans life (who wouldn't) but some women completely over do it and when this feeling starts to fade away, is when the man will begin to have problems. I know you've heard the saying " you have to do what you did in the beginning to get him, to keep him… truth of the matter it is that goes twice as much for women". See when she leaves the house, there is always another man in the cut that is going to give her that smile of admiration and that ego boost compliment, that will give her enough adrenaline to put that extra bounce in her step. Threats of needing space and we just grew apart comments will began to surface. It's not that she wants it to be over, because the thought of losing you to someone else will be a strike for her ego but the fact is she wants you to try harder. So if you notice your woman is beginning to do things she wouldn't normally do, like dress differently, her demeanor towards you have changed, go out more and seems a tab bit too flirtatious towards others … here it comes! Don't blame it on the change of life, don't blame it on trust issues from past relationships, Communication seem to not be an option now a day. Just know it may not be you this time…some women are just plain ole' selfish and that’s the bottom line!

Cholesterol is a lipid (fat) which is produced by the liver. Cholesterol is vital for normal body function. Every cell in our body has cholesterol in its outer layer. There are two types of cholesterol: "good" and "bad." It's important to understand the difference, and to know the levels of "good" and "bad" cholesterol in your blood. Too much of one type — or not enough of another — can put you at risk for coronary heart disease, heart attack or stroke. Cholesterol comes from two sources: your body and food. Your liver and other cells in your body make about 75 percent of blood cholesterol. The other 25 percent comes from the foods you eat. Cholesterol is only found in animal products. A cholesterol screening measures your level of HDL and LDL. HDL is the "good" cholesterol which helps keep the LDL (bad) cholesterol from getting lodged into your artery walls. A healthy level of HDL may also protect against heart attack and stroke, while low levels of HDL (less than 40 mg/dL for men and less than 50 mg/dL for women) have been shown to increase the risk of heart disease. If you need to increase your HDL to your reach your goals, studies show that regular physical activity, such as at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity (e.g. brisk walking) every week or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity aerobic physical activity (e.g., jogging, running) or a combination of both every week can help your body produce more HDLs. Reducing trans fats and eating a balanced, nutritious diet is another way to increase HDL. If you smoke - stop: cigarette smoking can decrease your HDL. If these measures are not enough to increase your HDL to goal, your healthcare practitioner may prescribe a medication specifically to increase your HDLs. LDL cholesterol is the "bad" cholesterol. When too much of it circulates in the blood, it can clog arteries, increasing your risk of heart attack and stroke. LDL cholesterol is produced naturally by the body, but many people inherit genes from their mother, father or even grandparents that cause them to make too much. Eating saturated fat, trans fats and dietary cholesterol also increases how much you have. If high blood cholesterol runs in your family, lifestyle modifications may not be enough to help lower your LDL blood cholesterol. Everyone is different, so work with your doctor to find a treatment plan that's best for you.
Even though high cholesterol may lead to serious heart disease, most of the time there are no symptoms. This is why it is important to have your cholesterol levels checked by your doctor. To reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke, work with your healthcare professionals to monitor and maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Even if your cholesterol levels are good now, it's not too early to develop healthy habits that can help keep your numbers in check. Too much cholesterol in the blood can lead to cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease is the No. 1 cause of death in the United States. 2,200 Americans die of cardiovascular disease each day, an average of one death every 39 seconds. The good news is, you can lower your cholesterol and reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke. Take responsibility for managing your cholesterol levels. Whether you've been prescribed medication or advised to make diet and lifestyle changes to help manage your cholesterol, carefully follow your doctor's recommendations.

Beauty A tummy tuck is another term for an abdominoplasty. The procedure is an invasive one and falls under ones that general anesthesia is used. This means that the patient is totally under the anesthetic and feels nothing during the operation. It is important that this be the case since there is a degree of pain when incisions and cutting away of the excesses occur. Pros !The good things about having a tummy tuck are actually numerous and not just based on aesthetics. Aesthetics do play a major role in a person's desire to have this procedure done but there are also some advantages to it. The aesthetic side of the coin is that the person is always delighted at the flatter, trimmer abdominal expanse that the surgery brings. The results are almost always satisfactory and there is always delight at the absence of flab and extra fat.
Lifestyle Changes Your diet, weight, physical activity and exposure to tobacco smoke all affect your cholesterol level — and these factors may be controlled by: • eating a heart-healthy diet, • enjoying at least 150 minutes a week moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity, and more than two days a week muscle strengthening activities, and • avoiding tobacco smoke. Know Your Fats Knowing which fats raise LDL cholesterol and which ones don't is the first step in lowering your risk of heart disease. Cooking for Lower Cholesterol It's not hard to whip up recipes that fit with the low-saturated-fat, low-cholesterol eating plan recommended by scientists to help you manage your blood cholesterol level and reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke. Understand Drug Therapy Options For some people, lifestyle changes alone aren't enough to reach healthy cholesterol levels. Your doctor may prescribe medication. Learn about: 1. types of cholesterol-lowering drugs 2. tips for taking medications Avoid Common Misconceptions We have created a list of the common misconceptions, along with the true story, about cholesterol. Work with Your Doctor It takes a team to develop and maintain a successful health program. You and your healthcare professionals each play an important role in maintaining and improving your heart health. Know how to talk with your doctor about your cholesterol levels and be sure you understand all instructions. Follow your plan carefully, especially when it comes to medication — it won't work if you don't take it as directed. And learn how to make diet and lifestyle changes easy and lasting.
Another advantage of the operation is that the person will have to actually start with a diet that will help him or her maintain the new abdomen. The maintenance is a must in order for the fat not to return. It would be a waste of the procedure if the abdomen would bulge out again because of excessive weight gain. Having a diet that will maintain the new abdomen will enable the individual to be healthier. Yet another advantage of the tummy tuck is feeling good about oneself. Looking good may be equivalent to feeling god for many people. Confidence and high self-esteem can positively affect how a person interacts with others. Cons !There are also some disadvantages that come with this plastic surgery procedure. The endangerment of the person is one of them. Undergoing a major operation has risks and sometimes, even if the person is considered an ideal candidate for the surgery, something goes wrong. The risks and complications that come with it are always there even under favorable circumstances. For abdominoplasty, the risks are pretty much the same for any major operation. These may have something to do with the blood not clotting causing loss of blood, the body reacting to the anesthetic or medications negatively or any other negative reaction that may come. Other things that may happen be able to occur after the tummy tuck surgery, during the recovery period; infections can set in if the prescribed medications are not taken as they should be and swelling may develop. Other minor things that can happen are scarring and the return of the fat and flab that has been taken out. Scarring can happen if the person is prone to it and the return of the flab happens when the individual cannot control his or her food intake and gains weight. Intermittent weight gain and weight loss can basically result to a flabby stomach. The desirable results of the tummy tuck needs to be maintained and the patient needs to know this. A healthy diet that controls the intake of fat and unnecessary carbohydrates may be necessary in order to do so. This means that there has be some form of control in the individual who underwent abdominoplasty for it to last long and be effective.

CrissieB
CrissieB is the perfect blend of Alicia Keys, Keri Hilson and Missy Elliott with the songwriting skills and musical ear comparable to The Dream. As a multi-talented artist/producer/songwriter, she was first known for making noise on the basketball court. A Little Rock native, CrissieB was a highly recruited McDonald's All-American and received a full athletic scholarship to the University of Texas at Austin as a Radio, Television and Film major. She later transferred to New Mexico State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies with an emphasis in Digital Film. She then played professional basketball overseas. CrissieB realized that her passion for music could no longer be ignored. Now residing in New Jersey, surrounded by the sensation of musical success in the tri-state area, she hung up her jersey and earned a Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. Her transition from scoring triple doubles on the court to being R&B's female triple threat has been an easy one for CrissieB, since she's always kept her ear to the speaker throughout her college and basketball career, teaching herself how to use various music software such as Reason, Pro Tools, Logic and Native Instruments Maschine to make beats and record. Through CrissieB Productions, she produces beats for herself and other rising talent. Now, CrissieB is preparing her playbook to take the world by storm with her first single, "On Top," from her debut EP "Dope Expectations."
Here is more information about "R&B's Best Kept Secret" CrissieB. She recently released her new single "On Top" from her debut EP "Dope Expectations" that will be released on January 18.
The song and video have already received rave reviews. "On Top" was recently played on the "Indie Top 50" compilation mixtape by Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes, the most downloaded mixtape series in the country, as well as on the upcoming compilation mixtape "From Us With Love - Valentine's Compilation Vol. 1" by Dubb Spot Records. CrissieB is also featured on two songs on the album "Broken Diary" by WNBA NY Liberty star Essence Carson p/k/a/ "Pr3pE."

West Coast Luv In The C.O! Ermias Asghedom better known as "Nipsey Hussle" a California artist stops by Skully's in Columbus, Ohio on a cold wintery Monday night truly demonstrating that the hustle don't stop! The Crenshaw tour is in full effect with 31 cities on the schedule based off of the " Crenshaw" mixtape shows why he is independently still relevant after 11 years. Security was tight following his incident leaving Chicago after a previous tour stop, when the tour bus was shot at 6 times although no one was shot his friend was stabbed, causing him to suffer a collapsed lung. Columbus showed crazy love as Nipsey's performance was well worth it. In recent interviews Nipsey Hussle speaks on hustling at a young age, respect and relevancy: Nipsey recalled working as a shoe shiner “I realized I wanted to work for myself when I was ‘bout 11,” he said. “I needed school clothes to go into the sixth grade with. My momma gave me $40 to go school shopping and I couldn’t buy shit. So, I was like, ‘I’m not finna stress my mama out. I just gotta figure out how to get money.’ And I used to shine shoes at Chambers when I was like 11. I used to make like $90 a day. Work six days a week. And I started to learn how to like hold my own.” Why maintaining isn't wasn't hard for him: “I guess on our coast or in California that’s like an independent, entrepreneurial spirit,” we in such a big, influential market that we can do our numbers ourselves an artist in California can put up decent sales numbers by simply being locally respected in their region. Nipsey Hussle says the raw and unapologetic approach he takes with his music is what fans have come to expect from him. Crenshaw mixtape, which was available for free download, were sold for $100 each at a pop-up shop Nipsey hosted in Los Angeles. He reportedly made $100,000 in sales thanks to the $100 hard copies of Crenshaw. Now who said it couldn't be done?

Now, Let's Get Sexy... Sexiness starts in the mind. If we feel sexy on the inside, it's going to show on the outside. The sexier we feel within, the more that sexiness is going to ooze out of your pores causing others to be attracted to you, drawn to you; they will want you and want to be around you. !Another benefit of feeling sexy is...better sex! If you are already in a sexy state of mind, you are more apt to want sex and become that Sex Goddess/Vixen that every lover wants their lady to be in bed.!!I've compiled a list of 25 simple things you can do to get yourself to feeling SEXY AS HEYULL!! <wink>!2! 5 Ways to Feel Sexy! 1. Eat BETTER! What we put into our bodies really does affect how we feel on the inside in a major way. Fatty and unhealthy foods will make us feel sluggish, bloated, slow, and just not cute at all.!! 2. Exercise. Exercise makes you feel sexier, happier, reduces your stress, increases your blood flow, and boosts your libido. Just the thought of knowing that you're taking care of your body makes you feel proud and awesome on the inside and then the results of exercising will definitely show on the outside.!! 3. Invest in a sexy room. Your bedroom is your sensual space and should be decorated in a way that makes you feel relaxed and sensual upon entering. Have items like flowers, candles, incense, decorative pillows, artwork, and your favorite sensual colors in your bedroom like reds and earth earthtones. Your surroundings have a huge impact on your internal self so make sure your surroundings at home are making your inner self feel calm, cool, and sexy.!! 4. Massage and touch your own body. Massages don't just have to come from another. Touch your own body and enjoy how your own fingers feel caressing your skin.!! 5. A new hairstyle. Having a new look and switching things up a bit can boost one's self confidence and make you feel like a sexy, new woman. 6. Read erotica. Again, sexiness starts in the mind and reading a steamy or erotic novel can put you in a sexy state of mind and rev up your sex engine. If you want something really dirty,
(and I mean dirty) check out the anthology "Drink, F%$, Sleep" featuring myself, Karrine Steffans, and many more hot authors. (Caution: Not for the timid!!!)!! 7. Sexy undies and lingerie. Buy and wear a sexy new bra and panty set or lingerie under your clothes. You'll feel so sexy all day knowing how hot you look under that business suit. ;)!! 8. NO UNDIES! I am definitely a fan of NOT wearing panties! You'll feel sexy with your naughty little secret.!! 9. Flirting. Flirting with the opposite sex is a great way to boost your confidence and make you feel sexy. Flirt with your partner, of course, and even a little harmless flirting with another never hurt anyone. However, I don't know everyone's relationship and don't want to get anyone into trouble so use your better judgement. If you're single, you're free to flirt with whoever you please!!! 10. Wear fishnets. How can you NOT feel like the sexiest woman breathing wearing a pair of fishnets? Then if they're crotchless fishnets....LOOK OUT WORLD!!! 11. Go out with friends. Going out with your girlfriends to laugh, dance, and have fun will make you feel awesome and sexy. Many men enjoy when their ladies go out with friends because she returns home in a good mood and ready to get it on.!! 12. Music. Music will definitely put you into a sexy state of mind. What are your favorite songs that you feel like a sensual woman? (There are plenty on Beyonce's new album, PLENTY!) Drunk in Love, anyone? It'll get you going for sure.!! 13. Dancing. When you put on those tunes from tip #12 that make you feel like a sexy vixen, dance to them. Let the music take over your body and dance in a mirror and watch how sexy you move. ! 14. Slow dance with your partner. I absolutely love slow dancing with my husband and you don't even have to leave the house. 15. Pamper yourself. Take yourself for a spa day or create your own spa time at home. Soak in the tub, give yourself a facial and mask, and give those feet a tending to. You'll feel great after caring for the temple that is your body
. !16. Focus on and accentuate what you love about your body. As women it's easy for us to focus on what we don't like about our bodies. Instead, focus on what you LOVE about your body and then accentuate and play up those parts. Love your legs? Put on that miniskirt honey and flaunt 'em.!! 17. Get a Brazilian. Getting a Brazilian wax and making your kitty look pretty will have you feeling uber-sexy!!! 18. Get your makeup professionally done. Makeup makes you look and feel super gorgeous. You feel like a superstar! Some of the most gorgeous celebs are quite basic when you take their makeup off so makeup to me is magical! I love getting dolled up by a makeup artist, makes me feel super sexy.!! 19. Take yourself out on a date. It doesn't matter if you're single, in a relationship, married, or whatever. Going out by yourself not only makes you look like a self-confident, empowered, I'm the bomb dot com kind of lady; you will feel like one too. (Be safe though). !20. Spend some time naked. Being naked gets us in tune with our bodies, our sensual selves, and is quite erotic. Be naked when you can around the house and sleep nude too.!! 21. Take a class. Take a pole dancing, lap dancing, or Twerking class. I can guarantee that you will feel sexier after learning some new moves and giving yourself permission to explore this side of yourself. Besides getting in tune with your Inner Sex Goddess, masturbating and having an orgasm will release endorphins into your body causing you to feel more relaxed, happier, sexier, and release chemicals that boost your libido.!!
Making changes for the Better!! 5 Reasons To Motivate You...!
Look, I get it. It's cold, you're busy and you don't feel like exercising. ! !So I'm here to remind you of just how important exercise is and how great it makes you feel. These 5 Reasons to Motivate You will help you to stick with your exercise routine so that you'll enter the New Year feeling energized and excited. !There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer for motivation, since different things motivate different people, so explore all 5 motivators below… !Motivator #1: Health!Have you looked at the long list of health benefits that exercise delivers? Pretty impressive. Not only does exercise help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight, it also helps lower bad cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure, while improving the amount of good cholesterol in your body. !Additionally, exercise strengthens your bones and muscles, lowers your risk of cancer, decreases stress, helps you battle depression, and even improves your sex life. ! Motivator #2: Enjoyment! If exercise hasn't been enjoyable for you, it's time to find a way to make it fun. Everyone likes doing things they enjoy. You might hate running but enjoy swimming or riding a bike. Perhaps you don't like being alone and would rather be social. So join a team! Or maybe you don't like the idea of driving all the way to the gym, changing out, and exercising with a crowd. Find out when your local gym is least populated, and hit the weights then. Do what's most fun for you and you'll be less likely to stop.!! Motivator #3: Increased Confidence! If you're out of shape or overweight, it can take a lot of courage to start an exercise routine. Remember to be confident in who you are, no matter what size or shape. Don't compare yourself to the skinny, toned figure strutting her stuff through the gym. Keep your eyes on your goal and don't expect perfection after just a week of exercise. Strive to have your best body— not someone else's.
!Motivator #4: Goal Achievement! If you're just getting started in the world of exercise, or if you've simply gotten stale, a good place to start is by setting goals. How much weight would you like to lose? How far would you like to run? Working towards a goal is a great motivator. However, don't set up for failure by striving after unrealistic goals. Do this and you'll soon feel overwhelmed and give up altogether. To avoid this, set realistic milestones. When you reach them, enjoy your accomplishment and then set new goals to take your good health even further. !Motivator #5: Rewards! Rewards are a great motivator. In fact, much of what you do in life is motivated by a reward of some kind, whether intrinsic or extrinsic. When it comes to exercise, a good reward probably shouldn't be an ice cream sundae, but it may be that new pair of jeans you've been eyeing, or perhaps a night out with friends. Maybe for you, weight loss and lowered blood pressure are reward enough. Just know that your hard work is paying off and deserves to be rewarded. ! I would love to help you find the motivation to create a healthier life for yourself and your family. Call or email today and I'll let you know how simple it is to get started. !Together we will figure out exactly what motivates you! Only The Back Label Counts Never, ever trust the claims on the front of a food package. Claims like: heart healthy, whole grains, or fiber-filled are often smoke and mirrors to prevent you from reading the actual ingredient list. !The real truth about a packaged food item is hidden in the ingredient list on the BACK label, not in the bold claims on the front. !Scan that ingredient list for high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, sugar, hydrogenated or partially-hydrogenated oils – if the food contains these items then put it back and choose something healthier.!

January 2014 horoscope
Aries Horoscope (March 21-April 20): The eclipses are significant in that you will ask where is my home, my foundation, my source of being cared for? What constitutes my security, where do I rest, and where does love come from? New answers for old questions. You will create new traditions as the old fade away. Seek solitude now. Conversations should be with God.
Taurus Horoscope (April 21-May 21): Change will underscore everything you think, say, do, and write. People will look at you twice. Once because they think they know you. The second time realizing they don't. You will have changed dramatically. Clarity of communication and of purpose will manifest in all interactions. Opinions, too! Your mind grows at the speed of light. Money isn't gone. It's potentiating.
Gemini Horoscope (May 23-June 20): A sexual encounter may occur that affects levels you don't quite understand. Money you don't understand now either. Both sex and money are related. The greater reality here is psychological, though. If you assess both areas of life you will be surprised at what you find of value. Much has changed in the past eighteen months. Evaluate this. Show tenderness.
Cancer Horoscope (June 21-July 20): Your life has changed. World events must be understood from inner levels lest you feel dull, out-of-step and dismal. Since you tend to be an influential and important teacher, you must have stimulation and challenge. Your ideas about beauty and history need to change, too. Did you know history isn't about wars but is humanity's search for consciousness, order, and beauty? It's Ray 7. Do you know what that means?
Leo Horoscope (July 21-Aug. 22): If you think life's the usual day-to-day situation or if you think this month's like all the other previous months and if you think nothing's happening really different in your life well, think again. Though, actually, you shouldn't be thinking much. You should be lazing about here and there moving easily from group dynamics to a big comfortable bed where you sleep a lot. Eat apricots. Virgo Horoscope (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): Imagination. That's this month's vital word. John Lennon wrote about it. Listen to his song for inspiration. Why imagination is important is the eclipse is attempting to change your future but it needs personal input from you in order that what your future looks like will look like what you want. Do you follow? What new group of people will reflect you better and how and to whom would you like to communicate differently? Imagine the answers.
Libra Horoscope (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): Wear sunblock, UV shades, a hat, and attempt to not be overexposed in any way, shape, or form. This includes your professional life, which you might consider revising in order to expand its future possibilities, potentialities, and productivity. I think actually you already did this last Month, but make it official and then repeat the process many times. Your horizons are expanding a hundred fold. It's about time, yes?
Scorpio Horoscope (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): If you haven't realized it yet, it's time to go on the road. That means it's time to get out of here, take a vacation, find yourself elsewhere, do it quickly and stay away for awhile. Why? Because these horizons you're in now are limiting. You need strange and unusual experiences. And you're terribly bored with what you already know. Any more reasons to hit the blue highways?
Sagittarius Horoscope (Nov. 22-Dec. 20): Emotional turbulence and agitation may be felt this month. You might find yourself rather moody and like a slow moving roller coaster. What you'll be seeking is fulfillment in love and money from yourself and others. What you might experience is change instead. Brooding may be the behavior of choice here. Go ahead and brood. Baby chicks hatch warmly under it.
Capricorn Horoscope (Dec. 21-Jan. 20): You might find yourself melancholy, sad, and crying this month. You might also (if not crying) find yourself seeking solace in personal relationships, intimacy, and partnerships. This is a very good thing for all Caps who relentlessly ascend and descend mountains in search of the mystical flower of immortality. Here's a hint. It's in the heart and this month we'll all see it unfolding like a lotus.
Aquarius Horoscope (Jan. 21-Feb. 18): Work contains every possible situation from brilliant ideas to on the job arguments to overwork and exhaustion. The energies are unpredictable. Get everything in writing, back up all files, check and recheck all information, and do this with people's promises, too. Everything you believe in will flip over and reveal its opposite. You'll feel like you're in a hall of mirrors. Strange yet appealing. Run.
Pisces Horoscope (Feb. 18-March 20): If the world were your oyster where would you live? This is a real question since some fishes will be redoing their homes if not looking for other digs to call their home/office. The universe is attempting to bring forth your next level in working with the Plan. Patience is needed. The crisis you may feel includes your family. You're breaking away. Wear sturdy boots.
